Now Mr Popay has been sent an 公式の/役人 スピードを出す/記録につける to fill in 公式文書,認めるing the times and dates on which the three cockerels in the flock of five make a sound.

He said: 'I can't for the life of me see how I am 責任がある a flock of birds that has roamed about the village for years - no-one knows where they (機の)カム from or who owns them but they are certainly not my birds.

'They have become part of village life and everyone likes to see them wandering through the gardens - my wife is 無能にするd and she loves to see them scratching about.

'We have always 受託するd the chickens but now I could 結局最後にはーなる in 法廷,裁判所 because of (民事の)告訴s about them. The only way I can keep them out of my garden is to chop my tree 負かす/撃墜する.'

A 広報担当者 for Yarmouth Borough 会議 said: 'Fortunately most (民事の)告訴s like this are 解決するd 非公式に but if a problem 固執するs the 会議 does have 力/強力にするs to 正式に 演説(する)/住所 the 問題/発行するs.

'Occasionally 悪党/犯人s may 結局最後にはーなる in 法廷,裁判所 and the 会議 may ste p in to do 確かな 作品.

'One of our 環境の health team has visited Mr Popay and 供給するd him with advice.'?
