'I pray that the High 法廷,裁判所 will do the 権利 thing. If they 辞退する 許可 for us to take him to a hospice and for him to receive palliative oxygen it will 簡単に be 非人道的な and nothing about Archie's 'dignity'.

'The whole system has been stacked against us.

'改革(する) must now come through Charlie's 法律 so that no parents have to go through this. We will fight to the end for Archie's 権利 to live.'

司法長官 Suella Braverman 支援するs '徹底的な' 裁判官s who have 支援するd Archie's doctors over his family

司法長官 Suella Braverman said the Archie Battersbee 事例/患者 was an 'incredibly heartbreaking 状況/情勢' but 主張するd parents had 十分な 合法的な 権利s and the 法廷,裁判所s would have looked at the 問題/発行するs 'incredibly 完全に'.

She told Sky News: 'I must just put on 記録,記録的な/記録する my deepest sympathies for the family of Archie Battersbee, I cannot begin to imagine what he and his family have been going through.'

She 追加するd: 'I think 一般に, yes, parents do have 十分な 権利s. The 合法的な presumption is that parents are 事実上の/代理 in the best 利益/興味 of their children until or unless 証明するd さもなければ.'

But 'in 高度に コンビナート/複合体 - both 合法的に and morally - 問題/発行するs like these ones' there were competing factors such as 医療の opinion.

'That has to be 重さを計るd against the parents wishes 同様に, and many other factors in in these 事例/患者s.

'These are not straightforward. They're 高度に, 高度に コンビナート/複合体 事柄s 伴う/関わるing 詳細(に述べる)d 問題/発行するs of 薬/医学, and 医療の 倫理学, 同様に as the child's 福利事業.

'And I have 信用/信任 that our 法廷,裁判所s and our 裁判官s will have looked at these 問題/発行するs incredibly 完全に, incredibly sensitively, and have reached the 権利 決定/判定勝ち(する).'

A spokeswoman for the family 追加するd: 'We think it is 完全に 野蛮な and 絶対 disgusting that we're not even 許すd to choose where Archie takes his last moments.

'Hospices are 井戸/弁護士席 and truly designed for palliative and 一時的休止,執行延期 care. Archie is now 明白に on palliative care so there is no 推論する/理由 どれでも for him not to take his last moments at a hospice. The hospice has said that they will take him.'

Ms Dance 以前 (刑事)被告 the UK of 扱う/治療するing her son's 傷害 as '黒人/ボイコット and white' and 申し立てられた/疑わしい that the wrong MRI ざっと目を通す may have been submitted to the 法廷,裁判所s during 訴訟/進行s.

Speaking to Times 無線で通信する, Archie's mother said: 'Although Archie's got 10% necrosis of the brain 茎・取り除く, it's 5% of the 全体にわたる brain and although the necrosis is not reversible, the 5% 損失 to the whole brain is reversible.

'It's going to come out in the 未来, and 明白に we 港/避難所't had a chance to put 非,不,無 of this 今後 in the 法廷,裁判所 because we've been 封鎖するd from speaking.

'But there's strong, strong 疑問s that the MRI imaging that was put across into the 法廷,裁判所 was 現実に Archie's MRI. The MRI that was put 今後 had nine 底(に届く) teeth - Archie's got 12. So there's lots of things that the 法廷,裁判所 hasn't had the chance to look at because we 港/避難所't been 許すd to put any.'?

This was a (人命などを)奪う,主張する the NHS 信用 否定するd, 説 all ざっと目を通すs had been すぐに 示すd with Archie's 指名する and NHS number after they had been 完全にするd.

Alistair Chesser - the 長,指導者 医療の Officer for Barts Health NHS 信用 - 以前 told MailOnline they will 'work with the family to p repare the 撤退 of Archie's 治療'.?

Mr Chesser said: 'Our deepest sympathies remain with Archie's family and we 目的(とする) to 供給する the best possible support to everyone at this difficult time.?

'As directed by the 法廷,裁判所s, we will work with the family to 準備する for the 撤退 of 治療, but we will make no changes to Archie's care until the 優れた 合法的な 問題/発行するs are 解決するd.'?

Is brain 茎・取り除く death the same as 存在 in a vegetative 明言する/公表する? And what are the chances of 回復?

Archie's doctors 主張する he is 'brain dead'.?This is different to a 'vegetative 明言する/公表する' which happens after 広範囲にわたる brain 損失, like that 苦しむd by F1 racing legend Michael Schumacher in a 壊滅的な skiing 事故 in 2013. It is 永久の, meaning the 影響する/感情d person will never 回復する consciousness or start breathing on their own again. They are 合法的に 確認するd as dead, with the time on their death 証明書 logged when they fail a 目録 of 実験(する)s.

The NHS says it can be '混乱させるing' because brain dead people can still have a (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域ing heart and their chest will 'rise and 落ちる with every breath'. However, this is 単独で 負かす/撃墜する to life support machines ― not because the person has miraculously 回復するd the ability to do this themselves.

Occasionally, the 四肢s and torso can move. But this is 簡単に 負かす/撃墜する to reflexes 誘発する/引き起こすd by 神経s in the spine that are not linked with the brain. It does not 示す that the brain is still working. 反して, it is scientifically possible for someone in a vegetative 明言する/公表する to 回復する. This is because their brain 茎・取り除く, which 支配(する)/統制するs breathing and heartbeat, still 機能(する)/行事s, meaning they may show 調印するs of 存在 awake ― such as 存在 able to open their 注目する,もくろむs.

One year after going into a vegetative 明言する/公表する, around 43 per cent will 回復する consciousness, 34 per cent die and 23 per cent are still vegetative. However, those who wake up are often minimally conscious, unable to communicate and have to be fed through a tube. Dozens of people (人命などを)奪う,主張する to have beaten brain death in the past. Zack Dunlap, a 21-year-old from Oklahoma, told of how he heard doctors tell his family he was brain dead に引き続いて a ざっと目を通す. But his arm moved while he was 存在 用意が出来ている for 組織/臓器 寄付. He later woke up, 回復するd and went home seven weeks later.

But the Neurocritical Care Society, a 網状組織 of more than 2,000 healthcare 労働者s, says it is impossible. 令状ing in an FAQ page, it said: 'If anyone (人命などを)奪う,主張するs to have 回復するd from brain death, then the diagnosis was incorrect.'

The brain 茎・取り除く is 位置を示すd at the 底(に届く) of the brain and 支配(する)/統制するs consciousness, 認識/意識性, breathing and the ability to 規制する heart and 血 圧力. If 損失d - through 外傷/ショック in Archie's 事例/患者, or through bleeding, 感染s or tumours - it swells up but has no room to 拡大する because it is encased inside the skull. This 原因(となる)s 圧力 to build up, 主要な to a 減少(する) in 血 flow to the brain and 損失 to tissue. This 圧力 and swelling 押し進めるs the brain through a small 開始 at the base of the skull, which can not always be stopped or 逆転するd.

When the brain 茎・取り除く stops working, it cannot send messages to the 団体/死体 to 支配(する)/統制する any 機能(する)/行事s and cannot receive messages 支援する from the 団体/死体. This 損失 is irreversible. Six 実験(する)s need to be met before a person can be 宣言するd as a brain 茎・取り除く death. These 含む the pupils not 答える/応じるing to light, having no cough or gag reflex and 存在 unresponsive to 苦痛.?
