Women who are sexually 脅迫してさせるd in the street should go to the police, the 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service 主張するs today, as it 公約するs to take 違反者／犯罪者s to 法廷，裁判所.

検察官，検事s said 悪党／犯人s will 直面する consequences for exposing themselves, taking 'upskirt' photographs or 原因（となる）ing women 'いやがらせ, alarm or 苦しめる'.

It has updated its 合法的な 指導／手引 問題／発行するd to lawyers in a 企て，努力，提案 to 確実にする that public 性の 乱用 is taken 本気で.

The CPS said it would also 適用する to 違反者／犯罪者s who 'cyber flash' women by sending unsolicited indecent photographs to 犠牲者s in the 周辺 using short-範囲 data-株ing 科学（工学）技術 such as Bluetooth.

It comes after a 報告（する）／憶測 by the All-Party 議会の Group for UN Women last year 設立する 71 per cent of women in the UK had experienced some form of 性の いやがらせ in a public space, but the 広大な 大多数 ? 95 per cent ? of these 犠牲者s did not 報告（する）／憶測 it to police.

CPS 国家の lead for 強姦 and serious 性の offences, Siobhan Blake, said: 'The 法律 is （疑いを）晴らす that if someone exposes themselves, tries to take 不適切な pictures or makes you feel 脅すd on the street, these are 罪，犯罪s and should not be 解任するd.

'Everyone has the 権利 to travel on public 輸送（する）, dance at a festival or walk the streets without 恐れる of いやがらせ.

'Feeling 安全な should not be a 高級な for women.'

She 追加するd: 'It is sickening that seven in ten women have been 支配するd to this disgusting behaviour. It is 平等に 関心ing that so few 出来事/事件s of 性の いやがらせ in public are 報告（する）／憶測d.'

The CPS's move is designed to encourage more 犠牲者s to come 今後 and make sure that 起訴s are carried out 終始一貫して.

'We understand why women may feel 気が進まない to come 今後 if they are 犠牲者s of these upsetting and 脅すing 出来事/事件s, but we want to send a （疑いを）晴らす message that this 脅迫してさせるing behaviour can be a 犯罪の offence,' said 行方不明になる Blake.

'The 法律 is there to 保護する you and help make our streets safer.We will do all we can, working with police, to support those who come 今後.'

研究 by dating app Bumble 示唆するd that 48 per cent of women 老年の 18 to 24 had received an unwanted 性の image in the previous year.
