The 裁判，公判 that gripped Australia this week threw up a 一連の 劇の 発覚s as ex-議会の スタッフの一員 Brittany Higgins' 主張 that a former 同僚, Bruce Lehrmann, 強姦d her at 議会 House was 実験（する）d in 法廷，裁判所.

Lehrmann, 26, has pleaded not 有罪の to one count of 性の intercourse without 同意 after he and Ms Higgins returned from a night out to the office of 大臣 Linda Reynolds' office in 議会 House in March 2019.

In a week of high 演劇, Ms Higgins was unavailable to give 証言 for four days until Friday. The 法廷，裁判所 also heard from the 安全 guard who 設立する Ms Higgins in the 議会の office on the night of the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強襲，強姦, an AFP 法廷の biologist and Ms Higgins' mother.

1.?Brittany Higgins unavailable to …に出席する 強姦 裁判，公判 for four days

The 詳細（に述べる）s of the 裁判，公判 of?Lehrmann in the ACT 最高裁判所 were under 鎮圧?until Friday because Mr Higgins was unable to …に出席する for four days.

In her absence, the 法廷，裁判所 heard from 22 証言，証人／目撃するs, 含むing the 安全 guard who 恐らく 設立する Ms Higgins naked after the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強姦, Nikola Anderson.?

It also heard from departmental 公式の／役人 Christopher Payne, who gave 重要な 証言 about a conversation he had with Ms Higgins days after the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 出来事/事件.

Lerhrmann 堅固に 否定するd having sex with Ms Higgins - consensually or さもなければ - when questioned by police in a 記録，記録的な／記録するd interview 空気／公表するd to the 法廷，裁判所 on Monday.

She also 直面するd questions over text messages she 交流d with her boss in the days after the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 性の 強襲，強姦.

Under 尋問 by?defence lawyer Stephen Whybrow Ms Higgins 認める she was '脅すd' for her career after 明らかにする／漏らすing the 強姦 （人命などを）奪う，主張する but had been pretending everything was '罰金'.

She pointed at Lehrmann in the courtroom and almost shouted: 'Nothing was 罰金 after what you did to me. Nothing.'?

Earlier that evening, she had 護衛するd Lehrmann and Ms Higgins to the defence department 控訴 and stayed with them until she had to relieve her 同僚, who was still working at the 安全 desk at the 入り口 to 議会 House.

'When I went 負かす／撃墜する to give 示す his break, 示す had told me that something strange was happening... Mr Lehrmann had left... だいたい 20 minutes after I had let him into the 控訴,' Ms Anderson told the 法廷，裁判所.

Ms Anderson was asked to do a 福利事業 check on Ms Higgins some time later, because she didn't leave the 控訴 with Lehrmann.

She went up to the defence 控訴, opened the door, and saw Ms Higgins 'lying on her 支援する 完全に naked on the lounge'.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard 直面するing 主張s during 証言 about what happened during the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強姦 around 1.40am on March 23, 2019 - not least why there was no 同意.

When asked by a defence liaIson officer if she had been 強姦d after she became 'visibly upset' during a discussion about the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 出来事/事件, Ms Higgins said she could not have agreed.

‘I could not have 同意d. It would have been like f***ing a スピードを出す／記録につける’, Ms Higgins told Christopher Payne, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.

Mr Payne worked with the former 自由主義の スタッフの一員s as a department 連絡事務 officer in the office of then defence 産業 大臣 Linda Reynolds.

4. 専門家's finding on white Kookai cocktail dress Ms Higgins wore

A 法廷の biologist who worked for the Australian 連邦の Police 診察するd the cocktail dress Ms Higgins wore on the night of the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強姦, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.

Jennifer 石／投石する - a 上級の 法廷の biologist who 作品 for the AFP - told the 法廷，裁判所 she was given Ms Higgins' white Kookai cocktail dress on February 6, 2021, and asked to look for semen.

'I was told there a dress that had been washed and it had been やめる a 延期する since the time of the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 出来事/事件 - [it had been] washed once and put away,' she said.

The 法廷，裁判所 以前 heard Ms Higgins 蓄える／店d the dress under her bed, before she washed it in 早期に 2019 - after the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強襲，強姦.

Ms 石／投石する said there were a 'couple' of areas that 要求するd その上の 実験（する）ing, but they produced 消極的な results for semen.

Ms Higgins' mother Kelly Higgins then took to the 証人席 and told the 法廷，裁判所 that working as a マスコミ 助言者 for the 自由主義の party was her daughter's 'dream', but said she appeared 'broken' in March and April, 2019.

'Brittany became very distant. Brittany became very 静かな... She'd lost a lot of 負わせる. She got やめる thin. She just looked やめる broken,' she said.

Mrs Higgins told the 法廷，裁判所 her daughter confided in her over dinner on November 21, 2019 - explaining she had been drinking before deciding to '分裂（する） a taxi' with a 同僚.

'She then said she remembers going to 議会 House... She went in, walked in one of the 控訴s... Sat 負かす／撃墜する on the lounge in 上院議員 Reynolds' office,' Mrs Higgins told the 法廷，裁判所.

The 証言 of Ms Higgins' former boyfriend, Ben Dillaway, echoed her mother.
