RISHI SUNAK: We 直面する 抱擁する challenges but the spirit of our 広大な/多数の/重要な nation will help carry us に向かって a new age of 楽観主義

By Rishi Sunak for the Mail On Sunday?

We know that Britain is at its best in 堅い times. When we are 実験(する)d ? from the Blitz to the pandemic ? we keep 静める and carry on, we step up and help each other out, we 召喚する our deepest reserves of strength, spirit and ingenuity to 直面する the problem and find new ways 今後.

That is the Britain that is admired around the world, it's the Britain I love and am proud of ? and it's that spirit that will get us through the challenges before us today.

Our country is 直面するing a 深遠な 経済的な 危機. We're still reeling from the aftershocks of a pandemic which all but broke the 全世界の economy, 同様に as our own.

Putin's 予期しない and despicable war in ウクライナ共和国 has destabilised energy markets and 供給(する) chains all over the world, 押し進めるing up the price every family 支払う/賃金s to heat their home. And we need to 直す/買収する,八百長をする the mistakes that have been made so we can 回復する 信用/信任 and 経済的な 安定.

And 再構築するing our economy is 決定的な not just at home, but abroad too. Our 影響(力) in the world, our ability to stand up to Putin and be a 軍隊 for good, is going to be in large part based on the strength of our economy. We need to 再構築する now.

We know that Britain is at its best in tough times. When we are tested ? from the Blitz to the pandemic ? we keep calm and carry on, we step up and help each other out, we summon our deepest reserves of strength, spirit and ingenuity to face the problem and find new ways forward

We know that Britain is at its best in 堅い times. When we are 実験(する)d ? from the Blitz to the pandemic ? we keep 静める and carry on, we step up and help each other out, we 召喚する our deepest reserves of strength, spirit and ingenuity to 直面する the problem and find new ways 今後

As I said on the steps of 負かす/撃墜するing Street, this will mean difficult 決定/判定勝ち(する)s. As a 政府, we won't be able to do everything we want to 権利 now, and there will be no 平易な choices. We will いつかs have to take the difficult path, so we don't leave our children and grandchildren with a 負債 that we were too weak to 支払う/賃金 ourselves.

But in rising to this moment and 直面するing these 堅い 決定/判定勝ち(する)s, I am filled with a sense of 楽観主義 about what we can 達成する.

Our first challenge is to 取り組む インフレーション because it is the No 1 enemy. High インフレーション means 法案s are higher, everyday items cost more and family 予算s become more and more squeezed.

So to 支配する インフレーション we will get our borrowing and our 負債 支援する on a 維持できる path.

While it will mean difficult choices, if we can 支配(する)/統制する インフレーション then we will be able to start getting those 急に上がるing energy 法案s under 支配(する)/統制する and 減ずる the cost of the 週刊誌 food shop. It will also 限界 as far as possible the 増加する in 利益/興味 率s and mortgage 支払い(額)s.

We will build a stronger NHS and that work is well under way. On Friday, I visited Croydon Hospital where more elective surgeries are taking place now than they were pre-Covid. It's a stunning example of the right infrastructure and investment being put in place to tackle the Covid backlogs

We will build a stronger NHS and that work is 井戸/弁護士席 under way. On Friday, I visited Croydon Hospital where more elective 外科s are taking place now than they were pre-Covid. It's a 素晴らしい example of the righ t 組織/基盤/下部構造 and 投資 存在 put in place to 取り組む the Covid backlogs

All these things will help families and 商売/仕事s get through this winter ? together with the help we are already 供給するing, 含むing through the energy price 保証(人).

I will approach these difficult 決定/判定勝ち(する)s with fairness as my lodestar. Of course, there are 限界s, now more than ever. But just as I 始める,決める up the Covid furlough 計画/陰謀 that saved 11 million people's 職業s and kept millions of small 商売/仕事s afloat, so I will bring that same compassion to 保護するing the most 攻撃を受けやすい today. You saw me do that as (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長 and you will see the same approach from me as 総理大臣.

And once we を取り引きする these 即座の 問題/発行するs, we can begin to fulfil the 約束 of that 2019 manifesto. People across Britain 投票(する)d 保守的な in that 選挙 ? in many 事例/患者s for the first time ? because they could see how the 使節団 to level up our whole country would 改善する their lives and the life chances of their children.

Levelling up was a 約束 of 適切な時期 and hope. That you could take pride in where you lived, you could have the best education for your kids at your doorstep, and high-質 public services there for you when you need them.

The 政府 that I lead will 配達する on that 約束.

We now need to make sure that is happening across the country. We're providing record NHS funding and tackling the current backlog, but we will work even harder
to ensure you and your loved ones will always get the care you need and deserve

We now need to make sure that is happening across the country. We're 供給するing 記録,記録的な/記録する NHS 基金ing and 取り組むing the 現在の backlog, but we will work even harder to 確実にする you and your loved ones will always get the care you need and deserve

We will 配達する world-class education, so you can be sure that your children will have the support to 会合,会う their 可能性のある, no 事柄 where they are born.

We will put 20,000 more police on our streets, cutting 罪,犯罪 and making our streets safer for our children to walk home at night.

We'll 支配(する)/統制する our 国境s, 取り組むing 違法な 移民/移住 and ending the 悲劇 that ha s seen so many innocent lives lost in small boats at the 手渡すs of cruel people-smugglers.

We'll 保護する our precious natural 環境, because the green fields of our land are an 相続物件 価値(がある) 保存するing for our children and grandchildren.

And we will 行為/法令/行動する in the 国家の 利益/興味 to do everything we can to build the UK's energy 安全, 含むing by 投資するing in renewables and 核の energy.

As we level up our whole 部隊d Kingdom, we will build an economy that modernises and embraces the 適切な時期s of Brexit, where 商売/仕事s 投資する, innovate and create 職業s.

And as we stand up for our values in the world, so we will remain 確固たる in our support for ウクライナ共和国 and continue to work with our 同盟(する)s around the world to 取り組む 不正 and 保護する 僕主主義. After all that we have been through over these 最近の years, I fully 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がる how hard things are. I know that people are worried, even 脅すd, by the 不確定 of the 未来. While I can't make every problem go away, I will do my 最大の to make sure that we 始める,決める our country on a path to a better, brighter 未来.

And together I believe we really can achieve incredible things. I have a fantastic team around the Cabinet table with me and I know that they all have the country's best interests at heart and will work night and day to deliver for you

And together I believe we really can 達成する incredible things. I have a fantastic team around the 閣僚 (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する with me and I know that they all have the country's best 利益/興味s at heart and will work night and day to 配達する for you

I also know how much work I have to do to 回復する 信用 and to put 正直さ, pr ofessionalism and accountability 支援する at the heart of everything we do. I get it and I'm going to 直す/買収する,八百長をする it.

The challenge we 直面する as a country is like nothing we have seen before, and I want to be honest about that from the start. But I'm not daunted or deterred by the 規模 of the challenge.

I will work day in, day out to 配達する for you. To earn your 信用. To put your needs above politics. To bring 安定 to your lives.
