The Scots 操縦する 告訴するing for 人種差別主義 after 存在 told: 'Your country's a 福利事業 明言する／公表する paid for by the English middle classes'

A Scottish 操縦する is 告訴するing British 航空路s over （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he was 人種上 乱用d by his English middle-class 同僚s.

Captain Douglas Maughan 主張するs he was sent 不快な／攻撃 letters and called a 'Jock' who should go 支援する to Scotland.

He （人命などを）奪う，主張するs BA had a 'canteen culture of 人種差別主義' and that one captain referred to Saudi 乗客s as 'rag-長，率いるs'.

The trouble started when Mr Maughan, 54, defended 労働's 経済的な 記録，記録的な／記録する in a letter to the staff magazine BA News in 2005.

He said an English 操縦する, who he had never met, started sending him 人種上 abusive letters and emails about his 見解（をとる）s.

In one three-page handwritten letter on notepaper from the 高級な Singapore hotel Raffles, the 操縦する said: 'Come 分離, will all Jocks f. off to that 福利事業 明言する／公表する (paid for by English middle classes)??? Please say yes.'

Mr Maughan is taking BA, the self-布告するd 'world's favourite 航空機による', to an 雇用 tr ibunal on the grounds he was victimised 人種上.

He said he 定期的に tried to 警報 上級の 管理／経営 to the 乱用, but was told it was a 私的な 事柄 between two individuals.

He 追加するd: 'There was a time when we 始める，決める off for Los Angeles with a large party of Saudis on board, who had joined us at Heathrow direct from the VIP lounge.

'In the 巡航する, my captain suddenly 乗る，着手するd on an 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の rant about "ragheads".

'He got the word out twice before I stopped him by explaining he was going to be short of a first officer for the return 部門 if he carried on.'

Mr Maughan, who lives in Edinburgh, said he was on another trip when a flight officer complained to him that there were too many Asians living in Britain.

'The captain turned to me and said: "I don't suppose there are many of them up your way."

'I replied: "井戸／弁護士席, there's my wife." After that, they had the decency to 落ちる silent,' he said.

'There is a canteen culture of 人種差別主義, 特に between 操縦するs, where they use 甚だしい／１２ダース racial 条件.'

The 操縦する, who has 29 years' 飛行機で行くing experience 含むing 16 years with BA, said it is only because the 航空機による failed to 反応する to his 告訴，告発s that he is taking it to a 法廷.

Yesterday a 裁判官 at the 雇用 法廷 in Watford 解任するd three out of the four grievances Mr Maughan had （人命などを）奪う，主張するd against BA.

The 裁判官 ordered him to 支払う／賃金 £4,400 合法的な costs for the work BA did in defending the three 主張s at the pre-審理，公聴会 事例／患者 review.

But he 支配するd the （人命などを）奪う，主張する he was victimised 人種上 would be heard at a 十分な 雇用 法廷 on June 11.

Mr Maughan still 作品 for BA and has flown throughout the world on Boeing 777s. He returned from a seven-day trip to India on Sunday.

Speaking outside the 法廷，裁判所, Mr Maughan said: 'As a captain, if I don't take this stand against 人種差別主義 within BA, then how can you 推定する／予想する 民族の 少数，小数派 staff working in lower levels of the company to do so if they feel they are 存在 人種上 乱用d?'

It comes as a BA check-in 労働者's fight to wear a crucifix is taken to the 控訴，上告 法廷，裁判所.

裁判官s are to decide whether Nadia Eweida, 57, was 扱う／治療するd 不公平に when BA 一時停止するd her in 2006 for wearing a necklace of the Christian symbol while at work.
