A 妊娠している woman was 辞退するd a drink at a pub and then asked to leave by staff who said they were 保護するing her unborn child.

Caroline Williams, 26, who is five months 妊娠している, says she felt humiliated by the 治療.

She 主張するs she is a responsible mother and would never 危うくする her baby.

The 出来事/事件 at the Cricketer pub in Hove, East Sussex, has reignited the 審議 on drinking during pregnancy.

Advice from the 長,指導者 医療の Officer says that women trying to conceive or who are 妊娠している should 避ける drinking alcohol.

Mrs Williams, who lives in Hove with her computer engineer husband Ben, 34, was at the pub with friends last Saturday.

She said: 'I was on a rare night out with some friends. I had a pint of lager and a friend 申し込む/申し出d to get me another half - that was going to be my 限界.

'He was 辞退するd service because it was for me and when I later took a sip from another friend's glass the assistant manageress asked me and my friends to leave.

'I never felt so 選び出す/独身d out and humiliated in my life.

'I don't think what I did was doing any 害(を与える). This is my second baby and I'm feeling much more relaxed about this pregnancy than I did with my first. But I'm still very careful.

'I understan d what the pub was thinking about but they didn't approach me to discuss it - they were just rude and ordered us out.

'I've never been ordered out of anywhere before and I'm not one to 原因(となる) a scene, so we just left.

'I know the 管理/経営 has the 権利 to 辞退する service but the assistant manageress was using that 権利 to 課す her opinions about what 妊娠している women should and shouldn't be 消費するing.'

Pubs have the 権利 to 辞退する to serve 顧客s and do not need to give a 推論する/理由 for doing so.

An assistant manageress, who did not give her 指名する, 確認するd she had asked Mrs Williams to leave.

She 述べるd her as 'a ひどく 妊娠している lady who was drinking alcohol'.
