Wayne Couzens today 認める three counts of indecent （危険などに）さらす before he kidnapped, 強姦d and 殺人d Sarah Everard.

The 殺し屋, 50, 楽しみd himself in 前線 of a 女性（の） cyclist in 取引，協定, Kent, on November 13, 2020, approaching her on a 狭くする path while 完全に naked.?

He appeared at the Old Bailey 経由で ビデオ-link from HMP Frankland high-安全 刑務所，拘置所 in 郡 Durham today with a long grey 耐えるd, moustache, wearing a grey 刑務所，拘置所 tracksuit and appearing overweight. He 認める the three offences of （危険などに）さらす.

He 否定するd an 主張 that he drove through Dover while naked from the waist 負かす／撃墜する on June 9, 2015?and two more 出来事/事件s of （危険などに）さらす which were said to have taken place at the McDonald's in January 2021.

Jocelyn Ledward, 起訴するing, 受託するd the 嘆願s and said the 栄冠を与える is not 捜し出すing a 裁判，公判 on the remaining counts.

He will be 宣告，判決d for these offences on March 6.

Defence lawyer Jim Sturman, KC, asked for his （弁護士の）依頼人 to be 許すd to …に出席する 経由で ビデオ link, 説 it was an 'enormous logistical 演習' to get Couzens to 法廷，裁判所 in person.

Mr Sturman had earlier argued for a 'stay' to get all six counts of （危険などに）さらす thrown out against the former officer.

Mr Sturman said it was a 'genuinely unique' 事例／患者 that met 基準 to order the 'exceptional' stay.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard the main argument for a stay was how '逆の publicity' has made it impossible for Couzens to receive a fair 裁判，公判.

Mr Sturman also argued that 起訴 of the （危険などに）さらす 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s was an 'affront to 司法（官）'.

But Mrs 司法（官） May 拒絶するd the stay on November 2 last year.

She said: 'The 被告 is 現在／一般に serving a life 宣告，判決, with a whole of life 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, 課すd on September 30, 2021 for the 誘拐する, 強姦 and 殺人 of Sarah Everard.

'All 殺人s are terrible events 原因（となる）ing unbearable grief for family and friends of the 犠牲者.

'But the 見えなくなる, 強姦 and 殺人 of Sarah Everard touched a particular 神経, both in the UK and abroad.

'She was walking home alone 負かす／撃墜する a main street, 井戸／弁護士席 lit, in London at night during the pandemic when the 被告, 偉業／利用するing his position as a serving police officer, stopped her, 手錠d her, put her in his car and drove her away, to 強姦 and 殺人 her in a 砂漠d 位置／汚点／見つけ出す in the country hours later.

'The 圧力（をかける） 利益／興味 at the time was 激しい.

'Each time something happens that can be linked to the 被告, his 指名する and picture appear in the 圧力（をかける） and online, with 言及／関連 to his appalling 罪，犯罪s against Sarah Everard.

'He has become a byword for violent 性の 感情を害する／違反するing by men against women.'

The 裁判官 結論するd that a cour t had no 役割 in revisiting a 起訴するing 決定／判定勝ち（する） and said these 訴訟／進行s fell 'very far short' of an affront to 司法（官）.

She then turned to the 逆の publicity argument.

'There is no 疑問 that the publicity surrounding the terrible events of Sarah Everard's 殺人，大当り has been 激しい, at times lurid and sensational, occasionally wild and 不確かの, always redolent of the revulsion and horror that the offences against Sarah Everard rightly evoke.

'I 受託する Mr Sturman's submission that the ニュース報道 has been exceptional, that his （弁護士の）依頼人's 指名する is as a result 悪名高い, forever linked to an horrific 性の 殺人，大当り, and that very few people, if any, could be 設立する to serve on a 陪審／陪審員団 who had not heard or read of the Sarah Everard 事例／患者.'

She said, however, that 賠審員s would be able to fulfil their 誓いs and separate their knowledge from their 決定／判定勝ち（する） on the facts in a 裁判，公判 under good directions.

'My 結論 at 現在の, therefore, is that the defence have not 満足させるd me on the balance of probabilities that the 影響 of publicity to date will （判決などを）下す any 裁判，公判 不公平な.'

She 追加するd that the 法廷，裁判所 might review this 決定／判定勝ち（する） as the 裁判，公判 裁判官 and 関連した lawyers keep the 影響 of publicity on the fairness of the 裁判，公判 'under の近くに review'.

'They 報告（する）／憶測d that the man looked straight at them whilst sitting in the car, exposing himself to them in this way.

'The 女性（の） staff were shaken, upset and angry.

'ANPR and cellsite data are said to 位置を示す the 被告 and car in the area at times when this is said to have happened.'

'Mr Watson took the 登録 number of the car which he gave to police at the time.
