Indonesia's 調整するing 大臣 for Political, 安全 and 合法的な 事件／事情／状勢s Mohammad Mahfud said the 政府 was making every 成果／努力 to 説得する the 反逆者／反逆するs to 解放（する） Mr Mehrtens 'because the 優先 is the safety of the 人質.'

'Taking 非軍事のs 人質 for any 推論する／理由 is 容認できない,' Mr Mahfud said in a ビデオ 声明 late Tuesday. He said 説得／派閥 is the best method to 確実にする 人質 safety, but 'the 政府 does not 支配する out other 成果／努力s.'

He 強調d the 政府's 見解（をとる） that Papua is part of Indonesia.

'Papua will forever remain a 合法的 part of the unitary 明言する／公表する of the 共和国 of Indonesia,' Mr Mahfud said.
