A unique album of photographs taken by a British 兵士 in the Second World War has been 明らかにする/漏らすd for the first time.
The collection shows pictures never seen before in public, 含むing one of Winston Churchill congratulating the 軍隊/機動隊s in North Africa.
Nothing is known about the 兵士 who took the pictures, or how the album (機の)カム to be sitting in a Berlin bric-a-brac 蓄える/店 where it was snapped up by its 現在の owner.

One shows Tommies enjoying a cigarette break beside a German 軍用機 after British 軍隊s had 掴むd an 離着陸場 in Africa in late 1942.
Others show りゅう弾砲s from の近くに up 解雇する/砲火/射撃ing at night, an Italian 兵士 crouching behind a 塚 of がれき with his ライフル銃/探して盗む, and - in a はしけ moment - joking British 軍隊/機動隊s putting a 麻薬を吸う in a statue's mouth.

The album is 推定する/予想するd to fetch hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs in an auction tomorrow at Ludlow Racecourse in Shropshire.
Richard Westwood-Brookes, historical 文書s 専門家 for auctioneers Mullock's, said the pictures were an important 記録,記録的な/記録する of British 軍の history.
