Carers left an 年輩の man with dementia alone for five days without food or drink before he was 設立する 崩壊(する)d on the 床に打ち倒す of his bungalow, an 検死 heard.

Mrs Anderson, 55, an Open University associate lecturer in health and social care, told the 検死: 'There was no 証拠 he had anything to eat or drink since New Year's Eve.
