副 総理大臣 Dominic Raab was heard mispronouncing Paul O'Grady's 指名する in the House of ありふれたs today as he paid 尊敬の印 to the late TV presenter who has died at the age of 67.

Mr Raab, who was filling in for Rishi Sunak during Wednesday's 総理大臣's Questions (PMQs) said 'Paul Grayson' was an 'incredible comic' after MPs 最高潮の場面d the 衝撃 of the late 雑談（する） show host.

In 尊敬の印, Sir Chris Bryant told the House of ありふれたs: 'I don't know whether the 副 総理大臣 ever met Lily Savage or has ever spent a night out at the 王室の Vauxhall Tavern, but... I can take him some time if he wants to go?'

As MPs 爆発するd in laughter, the 労働 MP 追加するd: 'Her alter ego, Paul O'Grady, （選挙などの）運動をするd acerbically and hilariously for 年輩の people, for care 労働者s, against 圧迫 of every 肉親，親類d.

'Isn't it time we in this country celebrated our naughty, hilarious drag queens and comics of every 肉親，親類d who 奮起させる us to be a better and more generous nation?'

Mr Raab said: 'I 全く agree with him: Paul Grayson was an incredible comic', before 訂正するing himself 説: 'Paul O'Grady... but ーに関して／ーの点でs of Lily Savage, I thin k some of that comedy broke glass 天井s and broke 境界s in a way certainly 政治家，政治屋s would struggle to do. So I agree with that.

'I also think it shows how we need greater, more rambunctious 解放する／自由な speech, and we need to 避ける the wokery and the 制限s on comedy, which I'm afraid both of them would have had no time for.'

Earlier, 労働 副 leader Angela Rayner, who was speaking in place of Sir Keir Starmer, told the ありふれたs: 'I'm sure the whole House will join me... in 支払う／賃金ing 尊敬の印 to Paul O'Grady after his sad death was 発表するd today.

'He was a 国家の treasure and a true northern 星／主役にする and he will be 大いに 行方不明になるd.'

On Twitter, the 労働 leader said he was '深く，強烈に saddened' at the death of O'Grady, whom he called a 'wonderfully warm and generous person' who 'entertained the nation whilst （選挙などの）運動をするing for the 原因（となる）s he was 熱烈な about'.

He 追加するd: 'His love and compassion, for people and animals, shone out from him and 奮起させるd so many. My thoughts are with (his partner) Andre and all of Paul's family and friends.'

'I can't believe it. We have lost a unique talent - and I've lost a dear friend. We were all lucky to have Paul in our lives. My heart goes out to Andre, Paul's family, and friends. Oh how I'll 行方不明になる him.'

The 王室の family's 公式の／役人 Twitter account paid 尊敬の印, 地位，任命するing an image of O'Grady with Camilla, after they worked closely in support of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
