Ellen Salton, 56, 誘発するd a 列/漕ぐ/騒動 over the path when she put up '私的な 所有物/資産/財産' 調印するs 試みる/企てるing to stop people walking to 'beautiful' bluebell 支持を得ようと努めるd.

The 調印するs were put up as far 支援する as 2004 along the walkway in Tredomen, 近づく Hengoed, South むちの跡s, and 盗品故買者ing now 封鎖するs off its 入り口.

'The bluebells would be coming out around now too. It's just such a shame.'

Brian said he 減刑する/通勤するd using the path for almost 30 years until 調印するs went up and the path was 封鎖するd by landowner Ellen Salter.

'I used to use it every morning as it joined through to Ystrad Mynach 駅/配置する and on my way home. It was a beautiful walk.

'It stopped when the lady who bought the farm decided she 手配中の,お尋ね者 to stop public 接近 through the 支持を得ようと努めるd.

'She tried to バリケード the 盗品故買者 to stop people using it.

'It is a 広大な/多数の/重要な pity because we had been able to use it for やめる a long time and it was beautiful through there.

Mr Elliot said he didn't know Ms Salter 本人自身で but had seen her at さまざまな 会合s regarding the path and its 接近.

However the 決定/判定勝ち(する) is 支配する to 協議, and therefore the public do not have the 権利 to use it until the order is 確認するd.

隣人 Susan Smith, 74, 適用するd to the 会議 for the footpath to be 宣言するd a public 権利 of way after using it since she was just a girl.

She said: 'To get anywhere now we have to go all 一連の会議、交渉/完成する the houses and streets when we were able to use the path.

'We just want to have the path 支援する that we have always had. It's beautiful 負かす/撃墜する there it's really very lovely.'

Another 居住(者), who asked not to be 指名するd said: 'I'm in my eighties now and I f ear if I live to 100 I may never walk 負かす/撃墜する that path again.

She said: 'All the people in Tredomen just want to keep what we have, nothing more.'

He said: 'This order should not have been made if proper 調査 had occurred.'

Planning 視察官 Janine Townsley must now decide if the path was used for at least 20 years before 2002 without '軍隊, secrecy or 許可'.

Ms Townsley said points C-F on a 地図/計画する of the planned path should be 認めるd as public 権利 of way - but that A-C need not be 含むd because the land is already 会議 owned.
