A parish 会議 is under 調査 after it was （刑事）被告 of putting 人種差別主義者 jokes in a village newsletter.
One of its pages is peppered with bizarre gags which 居住（者）s in the sleepy Worcestershire village of Cofton Hackett say mock Dutch and Chinese people.

'I will be apologising in the next 版. I didn't check this one unfortunately. It is 普通は proof-read - it's just we 港／避難所't got a clerk at the moment.
'It looks like they are taken from an old article from some time ago and some of them are funny, but others are a bit の近くに to the knuckle.
"The 会議 is not 人種差別主義者 or sexist and they shouldn't have gone in, the jokes were only to fill space.'
Cofton Hackett has rarely drawn attention to itself. It is most famous for the fact King Charles I stayed 夜通し there during the English Civil War, and for its former 軍の 航空機 factory.
