Queen's 所有物／資産／財産 empire 低迷s by a staggering £1bn 予定 to 後退，不況

The Queen has seen £ 1.3billion wiped off the value of her 資産s in the 所有物／資産／財産 market 崩壊（する）.

The 栄冠を与える 広い地所, which runs her land and 所有物／資産／財産 empire, fell in value from £7.3billion to £6billion in the year to March.

The 18 per cent 低迷 in its 可能性のある asking price was the first since 1993.

The organisation, which manages land and 所有物／資産／財産 on に代わって of the 明言する／公表する, is one of the UK's biggest owners of 田舎の land, homes, shopping centres, prime central London office space and seashore.

Its sprawling 大臣の地位 範囲s from beef farms in Scotland to a gold 地雷 in Northern Ireland, and from forests in the West Country to the 王室の park in Windsor.

He said: 'We have had to 競う with a number of difficult circumstances, 含むing tenant defaults, which have 影響する／感情d our income stream.'

歳入 from the 都市の 広い地所 rose 3.3 per cent over the year to £213.3million, but 所有物／資産／財産 values 急落（する），激減（する）d 21 per cent to £4.2billion.

However, the 栄冠を与える 広い地所 continued to attract 投資 to Regent Street, London, and is 圧力（をかける）ing on with redeveloping a neglected area of the West End known as The Quadrant between Regent Street and Soho.

The 田舎の 広い地所, which stretches to more than 360,000 acres, saw 歳入 rise by 18.9 per cent to £26.7million, while 所有物／資産／財産 values were £919.5million, up 1.9 per cent.

The Windsor 広い地所 - 含むing Windsor 広大な／多数の／重要な Park, two ゴルフ clubs, and Ascot Racecourse - saw 歳入 rise by 8.5 per cent to £6.3million, although 所有物／資産／財産 values fell 4.3 per cent to £165.5million.

However, the 星／主役にする performer was the 海洋 広い地所, which 含むs more than 55 per cent of the UK's coastline, ports, harbours, the beds of 潮の rivers and estuaries and almost all the 海底 around the UK to a 12-mile 限界.

Its 歳入 増加するd 18.5 per cent to £49.7million, while its 所有物／資産／財産 values 増加するd by 10.6 per cent to £409.5million.

It showed a total return on 投資s of minus 15.8 per cent but this still outperformed the 産業 （判断の）基準, which had fallen to minus 25.5 per cent.

Andy Teacher, of the British 所有物／資産／財産 連合, said: 'The loss of £1billion may sound an awful lot, but it is only a paper loss.

'A 減少（する） of 18 per cent is very modest when you consider that parts of the 商業の 所有物／資産／財産 market have fallen up to 50 per cent. The 栄冠を与える 広い地所 has undoubtedly been helped by its 変化させるd 大臣の地位.'
