Heartbroken parents 解放（する） last picture of son, 16, binge-drinking hours before his death

The image was 解放（する）d yesterday by his distraught family, who 非難するd the drinking culture in Newquay where he died for playing a part in his death.

He was killed after celebrating the end of his GCSEs in the Cornish 訴える手段／行楽地, which has become a mecca for thousands of 十代の少年少女s who let off steam in its 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s and clubs after their exams.

米，稲 had just finished his GCSEs at Forest School in Wokingham, Berkshire, where his father John, 47, taught 商売／仕事 熟考する／考慮するs. Yesterday Mr Higgins and 米，稲's mother, Maria, 42, 解放（する）d the last photograph taken of their son.

They were too upset to talk last night, but 米，稲's stepmother, Shireen Higgins, told how police arrived at the home she 株 with Mr Higgins at 4.30am, just a few hours after the 悲劇. She said:'We didn't want to believe it was him.'

A 16-year-old teenage boy suffered fatal injuries after falling down the cliffs onto the beach below.

But he said: 'They were in here drinking but there is no way we would serve them sambuca.

'We ID everyone and people are only 許すd to drink with a meal. This is a family restaurant.'

Mrs Higgins's son Tom, 19, went to Newquay after finishing his own GCSEs three years ago.

He said: 'You know you will be able to do what you like, that 結局 someone there will serve you alcohol. They 的 the kids by advertising it as a party 発生地 but we all know that where there are parties there is alcohol.'
