Mother banned from school for 直面するing いじめ（る） who used son as 'human punch 捕らえる、獲得する'

A mother has been banned from a 最初の／主要な school after 直面するing a いじめ（る） who used her five-year- old son as a 'human punch 捕らえる、獲得する'.

Christine Hart, 38, calmly asked the pupil to 'please stop hitting' her son Arthur after he 耐えるd months of いじめ（る）ing にもかかわらず several （民事の）告訴s to teachers.

But a teaching assistant saw and 運ぶ／漁獲高d her off to the headmistress, who told her not to cross the school gates and to …に出席する a 審理，公聴会 with the 知事s to discuss her 行為／行う.

行方不明になる Hart spoke to the pupil last week when she dropped Arthur off at his classroom at Orleans 幼児s School, which serves a 井戸／弁護士席-to-do catchment area in Twickenham, South-West London.

She has been 警告するd she could 直面する a その上の six-month 禁止（する） for '口頭で 乱用ing' the pupil and interrupting a class.

She was also told that 原因（となる）ing a 'nuisance' at school could 構成する a 犯罪の offence and that any その上の 出来事/事件s will be 報告（する）／憶測d to police.

'I am 存在 punished because I stood up for my son when the school appeared to be doing nothing about my （民事の）告訴s,' she said.

'What message does this send to the boy? I don't know if he's ever been told off. Instead, I'm the one who is made to feel in the wrong.

'The message is 攻撃する，衝突する Arthur whenever you like as you cannot be touched. If anyone challenges you, they will be cast out of school and 脅すd with the police.'

The school 問題／発行するd a 声明 説 that pupil safety was 最高位の and all いじめ（る）ing 手続きs had been followed.

'He used to come home in 涙／ほころびs and say that he didn't want to go 支援する and could I teach him at home,' she 追加するd.

Two months ago 行方不明になる Hart saw Arthur 存在 始める，決める upon by a classmate at a party in the school hall.

'Art was standing alone when one boy ran up to him and started using him as a punch 捕らえる、獲得する, literally hi tting him several times on the chest,' she said.

'Other boys then ran up to him grabbed him 一連の会議、交渉／完成する the neck and 武器 and he was 存在 攻撃する，衝突する. I was rooted to the 位置／汚点／見つけ出す.'

On another occasion Arthur, who 苦しむs from 喘息, was jumped on by a group of boys in the playground.

'He was squashed under a pile of them and said he couldn't breathe,' she said.

In an 試みる／企てる to build 橋（渡しをする）s, 行方不明になる Hart laid on a picnic for her son and one of his tormentors, and they played together.

But the いじめ（る）ing began again almost straight away. The night before his mother spoke to the boy in class, Arthur cried and said going to school made him feel 脅すd.

行方不明になる Hart said: 'I saw the boy sitting in the classroom so I approached him, knelt by his 味方する, made 注目する，もくろむ 接触する and said "please stop hitting Art".

'The boy thought for a moment and said he would stop. I was not in any way 積極的な and he seemed to 答える／応じる 前向きに／確かに.

'The next thing I knew was a teacher's assistant （機の）カム 急ぐing up 説 I couldn't do that, and she marched me off to the 長，率いる teacher's office.'

行方不明になる Hart said that headmistress Pip Utting 最初 seemed 同情的な.

But later she received a phone call 説 she was banned from taking Arthur to his classroom, before a letter from the school arrived 警告 that she could 直面する police 活動／戦闘 in 未来.

'I feel I've no choice but to move my child or take him to 私的な 戦争の arts classes himself to fight off this boy and his 側近,' she said.

In a 声明, Mrs Utting said: 'We cannot discuss individual 事例／患者s 特に when 調査s may be in 進歩.'
