Boy,16, who had sex with 11-year-old is spared 刑務所，拘置所 thanks to girl's racy Bebo photos

A 青年 who had unlawful sex with an 11-year-old girl walked 解放する／自由な yesterday after a 法廷，裁判所 was shown graphic content from the girl's Bebo 場所／位置.

Dylan Murray, 16, escaped 保護／拘留 after a 郡保安官 was shown scantily 覆う？ images of the girl and 高度に 性の language used by her on the social 網状組織ing 場所／位置.

Perth 郡保安官 法廷，裁判所 was told that the 事例／患者 was 'depressing' because it 伴う／関わるd such a young girl 存在 伴う／関わるd in inappropriately adult behaviour.

支持する Ronnie Renucci, defending, said: 'Although she is only 11 she seems to be very much more 円熟した for her age. It is very （疑いを）晴らす from these photographs she does not appear as an 11-year-old.

'It would be very difficult for anyone to think that girl was only 11, far いっそう少なく a boy who was only 15 at the time. The complainer in this 事例／患者 appeared 意味ありげに older than her 11 years.

'This is a somewhat 極度の慎重さを要する and わずかに unusual 事例／患者. It is an unfortunate, and on one 見解（をとる） やめる depressing, 事例／患者, having regard to the age of the complainer and the nature of the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金.

'If the complainer had been the same age as him, which is what he thought at the time, the 事柄 would not have been 報告（する）／憶測d to the police. It was only because of her age that it was.

'It onl y （機の）カム to the attention of the 当局 because the complainer was 関心d she may be 妊娠している and spoke to her 事業／計画（する） 労働者.' ?

Mr Renucci told the 法廷，裁判所 that his （弁護士の）依頼人 did not look any older than 16, in contrast to his 犠牲者, who 述べるd herself as a 'banging baby' on her web page.

He told the 法廷，裁判所 that the girl had also managed to 負かす／撃墜する two litres of cider, without appearing to be 極端に drunk, before agreeing to have sex with his （弁護士の）依頼人.

'This is not a 事例／患者 where there was no 同意. It wasn't a 事例／患者 where he had gone ahead and 軍隊d himself on the girl. He asked if she 手配中の，お尋ね者 to have 性の intercourse and she agreed to that.'

Murray, 16, of Churchill Road, Kinross, 認める having sex with a girl who was under the age of 13 in Kirkgate Park, Kinross, between 1 September and 31 October last year.

'At 8pm the （刑事）被告 asked the complainer to go for a walk and thereafter asked her for 性の intercourse to which she said yes,' Mr Kempton said.

'Both made their way to a secluded area in the park and had 性の intercourse. The （刑事）被告 wore a condom during that.'

The 法廷，裁判所 was told that on 18 October the girl told someone that she was worried she might be 妊娠している because her period had not started as 推定する／予想するd.

'The 事柄 was 報告（する）／憶測d to 性の health 労働者s who carried out a pregnancy 実験（する） which 確認するd she was not 妊娠している.

'予定 to the age of the complainer the 状況／情勢 was 報告（する）／憶測d, both to her mother and the police. She was 接触するd but 拒絶する／低下するd to 服従させる／提出する to a 医療の examination 予定 to 当惑.

'The （刑事）被告 was interviewed and 認める having had 性の intercourse with the complainer. He 示すd that he believed she was older than she was .' ?

Mr Kempton said: 'She had a 事柄-of-fact 視野 about the 出来事/事件 and 示すd she would not have 知らせるd anyone about it but for the fact she thought she was 妊娠している.' ?

He told the 法廷，裁判所 that there had been no social work 関与 with the child 事前の to the 出来事/事件, but 追加するd that she was now 存在 監視するd by social 労働者s.

郡保安官 Michael Fletcher told Murray: 'I hope you realise this 行為／行う has got you into serious trouble indeed. The 最大限 刑罰，罰則 for this is ten years 監禁，拘置.'

However, he said that taking several factors into account, 含むing Murray's age at the time, he could 避ける 宣告，判決ing him to a period of 拘留，拘置.
