'We were amazingly 静める but underneath we were thinking, "Oh my god".

'Because everyone was 静める it felt okay, but we were petrified, it wasn't until afterwards that we talked about 存在 very 脅すd.

'We got our 価値のあるs and our パスポートs and talked about getting the life raft ready.

'It really didn't help that 条件s were bad before the orcas. The boat was moving around a lot - it was hard to distinguish one 原因(となる) from the others.

Photographer Stephen, also 58, said: 'We all remained 静める because we were aware that if any of us got anxious it would be 感染性の.

'We were able to do that because the 船長/主将 was so 静める.

'Orcas enjoy the thrill of the chase, so ideally we'd have kept still, but that wasn't possible because of the 勝利,勝つd.'

Janet and Stephen, who are qualified to 借り切る/憲章 and captain sailing boats, were on day two of a week-l ong course to clock up sailing miles when the orcas 攻撃する,衝突する, on Tuesday May 2, just seven miles from Tangier.

The couple were taking a nap in 準備 for their night-watch 義務 when they felt banging on the 船体 and heard 乗組員 members shout, 'Orcas! Orcas!' - so they 急ぐd to deck.

At some point during the attack the 乗組員 saw the orcas - thought to number at least six - chasing pieces of 破片 that looked like sponge in the water.

The orcas let up the chase after an hour but the steering on the boat failed so they 長,率いるd 支援する to shore.
