At least 25 political 抑留者s have been 解放（する）d as part of an 恩赦，大赦 for 囚人s in Myanmar - just over one per cent of the total number of political 囚人s believed to be held by its 軍の 政府.

勝利，勝つ Naing, a 広報担当者 for the 対立 国家の League for 僕主主義, said the 解放する／自由なd political 抑留者s 含むd 16 members of his party 同様に as 行動主義者s from other プロの／賛成の-僕主主義 groups. Two 新聞記者／雑誌記者s were also 解放する／自由なd.

Myanmar's 革命評議会 発表するd on Thursday that it was 認めるing 恩赦，大赦 to 7,114 囚人s for good 行為 and on 人道的な grounds.?

The inmates were 解放（する）d on Friday.

The country is believed t o 持つ／拘留する 概略で 65,000 囚人s, 含むing more than 2,200 political 抑留者s, によれば 見積（る）s by human 権利s groups.

The 恩赦，大赦 did not 含む the country's best-known political 囚人, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Aung San Suu Kyi, who is 長，率いる of the 国家の League for 僕主主義 and remains under 自宅監禁.

On Friday a Myanmar 法廷，裁判所 heard an 控訴，上告 by Suu Kyi over her 有罪の判決 for an 内部の 安全 違反 earlier this year.

Suu Kyi , who has spent 14 of the past 20 years in some form of 拘留，拘置, was 宣告，判決d on August 12 to another 18 months of 自宅監禁, enough to keep her off the （選挙などの）運動をする 追跡する for next year's 選挙s.

In New York, U.N. 長官-General 禁止（する） Ki-moon, who visited Myanmar in July, welcomed the 最新の 解放（する） but called in a 声明 for the 軍の 当局 to 解放する／自由な remaining political 囚人s, 含むing Suu Kyi.

At Suu Kyi's 控訴，上告 審理，公聴会, her lawyers told the Yangon Divisional 法廷，裁判所 the 判決 should be overturned because the 法律 she was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d under no longer 存在するd. The 対立 leader was not 許すd to …に出席する the 審理，公聴会. A 決定／判定勝ち（する） on the 控訴，上告 is 推定する／予想するd on October 2, her lawyer, Nyan 勝利，勝つ, said.

Of those that have been 解放（する）d, 勝利，勝つ Naing said: 'We don't know the exact number of political 囚人s 解放（する）d under the 恩赦，大赦 すぐに. We will know 徐々に,' .

Many 囚人s are held in remote areas of the country where communications are difficult.

Insein 刑務所，拘置所 director Zaw 勝利，勝つ 否定するd that Myanmar had any political 反体制者s. He told a news 要点説明 inside the 刑務所，拘置所 that about 250 囚人s 宣告，判決d under 安全 法律s - under which many political 囚人s are 罪人／有罪を宣告するd - would be 解放（する）d.

The 革命評議会 has 繰り返して 否定するd 持つ／拘留するing any political 囚人s, 説 all inmates have been 設立する 有罪の of 犯罪の offen ses.

勝利，勝つ Naing said those 解放（する）d 含むd two members of the 88 世代 Students, a group at the 最前部 of a 1988 プロの／賛成の-僕主主義 反乱 which has 生き返らせるd its struggle against 軍の 支配する in the past １０年間. Most of its members are in 刑務所，拘置所, in hiding or in 追放する.

Myanmar is 予定 to have 選挙s next year under 支配するs 始める，決める 負かす／撃墜する by the 軍の.

Speaking after his 解放（する） from Insein 刑務所，拘置所, U Nine Nine - who was elected to 議会 from the 国家の League for 僕主主義 in 1990 選挙s which were 無効のd by the 軍の - said 'I will continue with my political activities but I have no 約束 in the 選挙s.'

Also 解放（する）d from Insein 刑務所，拘置所 were 新聞記者／雑誌記者s Eint Khaing Oo, a reporter for the 週刊誌 magazine Eco 見通し, and Kyaw Kyaw Thant, a former reporter for the 週刊誌 Eleven 定期刊行物, who were 逮捕（する）d in June last year while covering a de monstration in 前線 of a U.N. office by about 20 犠牲者s of a 破滅的な サイクロン.

The 抗議する人s were 捜し出すing 援助 because the 政府 was not helping them.

Kyaw Kyaw Thant said he would continue his work as a 新聞記者／雑誌記者.
