German （衆議院の）議長 Bekkay Harrach, who uses the pseudonym Abu Talha, spoke on the Al Qaeda ビデオ. He has appeared on previous ビデオs
ARD television 報告（する）／憶測d that the ビデオ features a German-（衆議院の）議長 who has featured in previous ビデオs over the past year, 問題／発行するing a 脅し connected to Germany's 軍隊／機動隊 presence in Afghanistan.
