The 政府 has paid out nearly £170million in 利益／興味-解放する／自由な 危機 貸付金s to families 攻撃する，衝突する by the 後退，不況.

A 記録，記録的な／記録する 1.7million 貸付金s were 手渡すd out in England and むちの跡s in the 12 months to April 2009 ? up 46 per cent on the previous year’s 1.1million.

The 量 lent also 増加するd 劇的な, from £121million in 2007-08 to £167million in 2008-09.

The Tories called the 増加するs a shocking 指示，表示する物 of the 明言する／公表する of the country and said the 人物／姿／数字s equated to one in every 13 世帯s receiving help.

危機 貸付金s of up to £1,500 can be sought by adults who are in 悲惨な 海峡s and have no 貯金 or other means of short-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 help.

Introduced in 1988, they are 利用できる only in 事例／患者s of ‘緊急 or 災害’ and where they are ‘the only way serious 損失 or 危険 to health or safety of you or your family can be 避けるd’.

Examples of 貸付金s 含む 基金s to 取って代わる or 修理 an 必須の 世帯 器具, such as a cooker, or 供給する basic living expenses for someone who is waiting for their first 行う packet or 利益 支払い（額）, or who has had all their money stolen.

Department for Work and 年金s (DWP) 危機 貸付金 assessors ? whose 階級s have swelled by 900 in the past year to 2,200 to 対処する with 使用／適用s ? consider each request, made 経由で an 0800 freephone number or a printed form 利用できる online or in Jobcentres.

貸付金s are 認めるd if people 納得させる an assessor that their circumstances 会合，会う the 基準 and they c an agree a 返済 計画（する）.

No in-depth checks or home visits are made by the DWP.

All 危機 貸付金s ? the 普通の／平均（する） 支払い（額） is just under £100 ? are paid out by cheque and have to be repaid within two years.

公式の／役人s said the ‘広大な 大多数’ of applicants were on 利益s and that they have their 貸付金 返済s automatically deducted at source.

The most 認めるs were awarded in the North West of England, where they rose by 69 per cent in 2008-09 to 407,500. In London and the South East, the number of 認めるs rose 26 per cent to 395,100.

保守的な frontbencher Shailesh Vara, who 得るd the 人物／姿／数字s, said: ‘These numbers are shocking. 危機 貸付金s are a last 訴える手段／行楽地 at times of 広大な／多数の／重要な difficulty.

'That nearly 2.5million people 適用するd for a 貸付金 in the past year and 1.7million were 認めるd ? the 同等（の） of one in 13 世帯s ? shows just how bad things have got for people.’

From then to March 2008, £1.225billion was awarded in 危機 貸付金s. によれば the DWP, £947million, or 77 per cent, has been repaid.

Work and 福利事業 大臣 Jim Knight said: ‘We know some families are struggling to get by.

'That’s why the 予算 committed an extra £120million into the Social 基金 to make sure that families get the money 緊急に.’
