She created 偽の energy and 会議 税金 accounts for the house as part of the 反対/詐欺 and even brazenly collected her 地位,任命する from the real owners, knocking on their door and explaining it had been 配達するd to them by mistake.

Angela and Christopher Cole, both 82, were astonished to find they were building up 会議 税金 arrears when they had always paid their 法案 敏速に.

She must also carry out 150 hours of 未払いの community work and 参加する in 10 days of rehabilitation activity.

地区 裁判官 Lorraine McDonagh told Shah: ‘I do find this 事例/患者 明確に 論証するs a higher culpability 予定 to the sophisticated nature of the 詐欺. You used your 技術s as a 訓練生 conveyancer to commit this 詐欺.

‘Whilst I 認める the 強調する/ストレス and 苦悩 原因(となる)d to the 居住(者)s, I do not find gr eater 害(を与える) to be 現在の in this particular 事例/患者.

‘I do take into account that you are very remorseful. I do find however, that these offences do cross the custodial threshold.

‘I am 満足させるd there is a 現実主義の prospect of rehabilitation in this 事例/患者.’

The 裁判官 told Shah, who is now 失業した, she must also 支払う/賃金 £2,500 in costs with a £128 割増し料金.

検察官,検事 Parina Patel told the 法廷,裁判所: ‘There was some planning 伴う/関わるd. She has used parts of her knowledge as having both a 役割 within the 会議 as a 会議 税金 回復 officer and a 訓練生 conveyancer.

Shah attempted to claim she lived 1.1 miles from the school in Edgware as opposed to where she actually lived

Shah 試みる/企てるd to (人命などを)奪う,主張する she lived 1.1 miles from the school in Edgware as …に反対するd to where she 現実に lived?

‘I would say that this 潜在的に 落ちるs within the high-level of culpability, 予定 to the fact it was 行為/行うd over a period of time, albeit not a 重要な period of time.

‘There was a direct 衝撃 on the 居住(者)s. You have seen the 衝撃 on Mr Cole about the 苦悩 this has 原因(となる)d him and his wife.’

Ms Patel earlier explained that Barnet 会議 調整するs the admissions for all the schools in Barnet and receives 15,000 使用/適用s a year.

‘Ms Shah’s 使用/適用 was for her son to …に出席する Mill Hill 郡 school, one of the most popular schools in the borough.

‘In 2022/23 they received 1,303 使用/適用s for 273 places.’

Shah lives in Hendon and her ex-partner had 購入(する)d a piece of land at the 後部 of a 所有物/資産/財産 in Beech Walk in Edgware.

She 適用するd for a school place on the basis that she was planning to build a 所有物/資産/財産 on the land and move in.

But the 陰謀(を企てる) was landlocked and had no 接近 to a road.

Beech Walk is 1.1 miles from th e school while Shah’s home was 3.4 miles away. 158 places at the school were 配分するd to those who lived within 1.3 miles.

The 会議’s admissions team 拒絶するd the 使用/適用, 説 it could only be based on her 現在の 演説(する)/住所.

But Shah complained to the 会議 and the school that her son had not been 申し込む/申し出d a place.

She changed her story and said she did in fact live at the 所有物/資産/財産 in 前線 of her piece of land.

It was owned by the 年輩の couple who had never met her before.

Shah 登録(する)d a water and 会議 税金 account at the 所有物/資産/財産.

She edited an email from EDF energy to 含む/封じ込める the postcode of the other 所有物/資産/財産, produced a 偽の water 法案 and used her 技術s as a conveyancer to create a 誤った 契約 of sale and land registry form.

The 法廷,裁判所 heard that Mr and Mrs Cole had lived there for ten years and had no 意向 of moving out.

Shah 最初 put the wrong house number on the 偽の 契約 of sale and had submitted another one 主要な to a その上の offence.

When the 会議 did not believe she had moved house, she created a 誤った tenancy 協定 showing she was renting out her 所有物/資産/財産 in Hendon.

She was 現実に a tenant herself and her landlord 確認するd she lived at the 演説(する)/住所 throughout.

Ms Patel said: ‘Had the 会議 受託するd she had moved in to and had not discovered discrepancies her son would have 安全な・保証するd a place at Mill Hill 郡 School.

‘99 per cent of the time 文書s are uploaded and taken at 額面価格 but here there were discrepancies which 令状d その上の 調査.

‘Ha d it not been for the diligence of the school admissions team in 立証するing the 文書s and asking questions, the 使用/適用 would have gone through.

‘The 会議 税金 account resulted in costs 開始するing up for the real occupiers and them having to 支払う/賃金 more each month.

‘Unnecessary 苦しめる was 原因(となる)d to them. They were visited by Ms Shah for her to collect postage 演説(する)/住所d to herself.

‘The owner had to 接触する the water company after discovering his 顧客 account showed he had moved out of the 所有物/資産/財産.

‘This was not a one-off error of 裁判/判断- there was premeditation and planning to 服従させる/提出する a variety of 文書s over a seven month period.’

Shah’s lawyer Daniel Cavaglieri said her son had failed to get into a different school because he failed the 入り口 exam.

‘She felt he had been through a difficult time and didn’t do 同様に as he might have.

‘Her 計画(する) was to move into a 所有物/資産/財産 on that land but she was 知らせるd her 使用/適用 had no hope.

‘She wholeheartedly 受託するs that what she did was wrong.’

Mr Cavaglieri 追加するd: ‘The utter shame she feels, having to leave her home 一時的に, has shocked her to her 核心.

‘There’s 荒廃 she’s 原因(となる)d to her children, who are all old enough to be aware of this. She’s really going to struggle to find a decent career.

‘What she doctored wasn’t technically difficult to do. 削除するing some of the 詳細(に述べる)s - I would 服従させる/提出する that it’s perhaps not sophisticated.

‘She was a 訓練生 conveyancer at the time. Her knowledge and experience was greater at the time than the 普通の/平均(する) individual, but no more than anyone who buys or sells a 所有物/資産/財産.

‘She wasn’t 動機づけるd by personal 伸び(る). I think that has to be 受託するd in this 事例/患者.

‘The 意向 was to 供給する the best 適切な時期 for her son, it wasn’t about anything to 供給する for the mother.

‘They [Mr and Mrs Cole] were unintentionally and 突然に 原因(となる)d 苦しめる and this is something that Ms Shah 深く,強烈に 悔いるs.

‘She’s had two 職業s for a かなりの period of time. For the last year or so she’s worked as a 訓練生 conveyance and with Bromley 会議.

‘I don’t see the link between working for a 会議 税金 department and 感情を害する/違反するing in this 事例/患者.

‘At 現在の she’s in a little bit of 負債. She’s into her overdraft and [has] a credit card 法案 of £946. She’s lost her two 最初の/主要な sources of income.’

Shah, of Cheyne の近くに, Hendon, 認める eight counts of using a copy of a 誤った 器具 with 意図 it be 受託するd as 本物の. The 起訴 was brought by Barnet 会議.

Cllr Pauline Coakley Webb, Barnet 会議’s Children, Education and 保護(する)/緊急輸入制限ing 委員会 議長,司会を務める, said: ‘This 結果 増強するs our dedication to 戦闘ing 詐欺 and 支持するing the 正直さ of our education system.

‘Our anti-詐欺 team worked incredibly hard 集会 all of the (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) needed for this 事例/患者 and so I’m very pleased that the 悪党/犯人 has been brought to 司法(官).

‘Barnet remains committed to 確実にするing a fair and transparent admissions 過程 is 利用できる to all.’
