Officer Emily Hirshowitz, 36, is （刑事）被告 of having an '現在進行中の' 関係 with 長，指導者 Kevin Sylvester.

The bombshell （人命などを）奪う，主張する was made by two former officers who say Sylvester 軍隊d them both to 辞職する from the police department in Ossining in Upstate New York.
