Checks were also made to 立証する the 身元 of the 原告,告訴人. The BBC said this is a 基準 手続き to 確認する that the 原告,告訴人 is the person they say they are.

Appearing on BBC 無線で通信する 4's World At One programme with 放送者 Sarah Montague, director-general Tim Davie spoke about the 初期の (民事の)告訴 made to the 会社/団体.
