The UK is still 支払う／賃金ing 中国 £48million a year in foreign 援助（する） にもかかわらず transparency 関心s about how the money is 存在 spent and a 誓約（する） to 削減（する） the sum by 95 per cent, the 援助（する） 監視者 has 明らかにする／漏らすd.

支払い（額）s to Beijing have fallen 速く - from £82million in 2019 to £48million in 2021/22 - with the 独立した・無所属 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 for 援助（する） 衝撃 (ICAI) 推定する／予想するing the sum to 落ちる to £10million by the end of next year.

'普通の／平均（する） incomes in 中国 will soon be too high for the country to continue to receive foreign 援助（する） and there appears to be no （疑いを）晴らす 政府 戦略 for how to manage this, which could put some of the 利益s from past UK 開発 援助 at 危険.'

ICAI criticised the British 会議 for not publishing 文書s on the 実施 and results of its '相当な programmes' in 中国.

'Although the UK is insufficiently transparent about its 援助（する） to 中国, it is （疑いを）晴らす that this has fallen 速く in 最近の years, and these 削減s are 推定する／予想するd to continue in the 近づく 未来 with most departments ending their 援助（する） to 中国,' the 報告（する）／憶測 says.

'労働 will 扱う／治療する taxpayers' money with the 尊敬（する）・点 it deserves.'
