'We don't want people to be inconvenienced, but the 非難する lies with the train companies, and the 政府 which stands behind them, which 辞退する to sit 負かす/撃墜する and talk to us, and have not made a fair and sensible 支払う/賃金 申し込む/申し出 to train drivers who have not had one for four years - since 2019 - while prices have 急に上がるd in that time by more than 12 per cent.

'The 提案 they made on April 26 of 4 per cent with a その上の rise 扶養家族, in a naked land 得る,とらえる, on drivers giving up 条件 and 条件s for which we have fought, and 交渉するd, for years was not designed to be 受託するd.

'We have not heard a word from the 雇用者s since then - not a 会合, not a phone call, not a text message, nor an email - for the last 12 weeks, and we 港/避難所't sat 負かす/撃墜する with the 政府 since January 6.

'That shows how little the companies and the 政府 care about 乗客s and staff. They appear content to let this drift on and on.?

'In contrast, we want a fair 決意/決議. That's why we are taking this 活動/戦闘, to try to bring things to a 長,率いる.

'Train companies will work hard to minimise the 衝撃 of the overtime 禁止(する)? at 13 train operating companies between July 31 and August 5 that will 影響する/感情 the level of 取り消しs and the punctuality of some services. 顧客s are advised to 計画(する) their 旅行 in 前進する and check before they travel.?

Aslef's general 長官 Mick Whelan (centre, with members on a picket line outside Newcastle 駅/配置する on May 31) said the '非難する lies with the train companies'

'We're 利用できる to talk to them, but I don't think I've met a 政府 大臣 since January, and even the 雇用者s now have stopped 交渉するing.

'So I don't know whether they're waiting for all this other stuff to be (疑いを)晴らすd out the way. We don't know if there's going to be 解決/入植地s yet - they're out for 国民投票 and 協議 with their members, we'll see.

'They've certainly 申し込む/申し出d the others more than we've been 申し込む/申し出d. There's no strings 大(公)使館員d to those 取引,協定s; we've got to 受託する a whole host of change and 薄めること to those 条件 and 条件s, and 職業 losses.'

Mr Lynch said strikes will continue until an 協定 is reached.

影をつくる/尾行する 商売/仕事 長官 Jonathan Reynolds said: 'I think the 政府's got to recognise - I think it has recognised - its 早期に approach was 完全に wrong.

'And 現実に the 欠如(する) of 尊敬(する)・点 they've shown for a lot of the public 部門, I think, has been one of the 悪化させるing factors in the 産業の 活動/戦闘 we've seen.'

A Department for 輸送(する) spokesperson said: 'This 政府 has played its part by 容易にするing fair and reasonable 支払う/賃金 申し込む/申し出s that would see generous 増加するs for rail 労働者s.

'Union leaders should stop 封鎖するing their members from having a 投票(する) on these 申し込む/申し出s and give them the chance to help 解決する this 論争.'
