裁判官 calls for a 禁止(する) on 無人の tanning salons after teenage girl 苦しむs horrific 燃やすs


A 裁判官 h as called for 活動/戦闘 to stop the '無謀な' use of sunbeds after a 14-year-old girl 苦しむd 厳しい 燃やすs after using a sunbed.

Schoolgirl Kirsty McRae 苦しむd 70 per cent 燃やすs after using the 無人の Lextan salon in February last year to get a quick tan.

James Hadley, 25, who owns the salon in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, was 起訴するd under health and safety 法律s after Kirsty ended up on a drip in hospital.

Today he walked 解放する/自由な from a 法廷,裁判所 in Barry after 存在 given 90 hours community service and a 12-month 保護監察 order. He was also ordered to 支払う/賃金 costs of £6,000.

The 法廷,裁判所 heard 調印するs were 'wholly 不十分な' in the Lextan salon, which is one of more than 300 無人の coin-operated tanning centres in Britain, to 保護する young people wanting a quick tan.

Kirsty put £1 into the coin-operated sunbed at the walk-in salon, but after four minutes felt she wasn't tanned enough so paid £3 for another 15 minutes.

She was put on a drip and given oxygen while doctors rehydrated her and 治めるd painkillers.

The 裁判官 said operating an 無人の salon was '無謀な' and he 勧めるd 会議s across Britain to take 活動/戦闘.

Budding entrepreneur Hadley was given a scholarship from the Welsh 議会 政府 to 熟考する/考慮する 経済的なs and 管理/経営 at Cardiff University.

The 法廷,裁判所 heard after 卒業生(する)ing he opened his chain of salons attracting up to 1,000 顧客s a week.

'Kirsty now realises she should never have gone in that place and hopefully her experience will show others not to do the same.'
