University of 物陰／風下d lecturers have come under 解雇する／砲火／射撃 after 勧めるing students and staff against using 'he' to mean people in general in a new trans 認識／意識性 guide.?

Lecturers published the 12-page 小冊子 with the 肩書を与える From Trans 認識／意識性 to Trans Advocacy in a 企て，努力，提案 to advise people on how to approach pronouns, 移行ing and flagging transphobic behaviour.
