Today is the last day you can use your old 王室の Mail stamps before they become worthless.
This is 予定 to 王室の Mail 追加するing barcodes to their 正規の／正選手 stamps - those without a barcode will no longer be valid.
It follows the introduction of a six-month grace period from the 初期の January 31 最終期限.?

Which stamps do you need to use or 交換（する）??
The stamps that are changing are the 正規の／正選手 1st and 2nd class stamps - if they don't have a barcode you need to use them today (July 31) or 交換（する） them.
They will be on a plain coloured background and feature an image of either the late Queen Elizabeth II or Charles III.?
How can you 交換（する） them???
If you don't want to use the stamps today, you can 交換（する） them instead using 王室の Mail's Stamp 交換（する） Out 計画／陰謀.?
To 交換（する） your stamps for new barcoded ones:?
- 選ぶ up or print out a 交換（する） out form
- 完全にする your form and 含む your stamps
- Send 解放する／自由な of 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 to 'Freepost SWAP OUT'
If you have 接近 to a printer, you can 交換（する） out 非，不，無-barcoded stamps by printing out and 完全にするing the Stamp 交換（する） Out Form on the 王室の Mail Website - this 許すs you to 交換（する） up to £200 価値（がある） of stamps.

Why are they changing?
The barcode is so that the stamps can be used with the 王室の Mail app.
