A boy of 11 who had been 裁判官d a serious 危険 to other children (打撃,刑罰などを)与えるd the most appalling 性の 乱用 on a classmate after he was 内密に placed in a mainstream school.
The youngster, who was living in 地元の 当局 care, had carried out sex attacks on children before but was never 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d because he was too young.

Instead, social 労働者s moved him into specialist care, where he should have been taught.

The mother, 43, said she only learnt about the boy's past after her son was attacked.

Within months of arriving at the school, the boy began grooming the younger pupil. Then, with the knowledge of his care 労働者s, he was 許すd to visit his 犠牲者's home where the attack, in 2008, was carried out.
The 犠牲者's mother said although the family were aware the 11-year-old was living in care, they believed it was because his parents had 分裂(する) up.
'We 明白に didn't know then he had a history of 性の 乱用 against other children,' she said. 'He should never have been 許すd to come to our home.'

The 地元の ombudsman is now re-診察するing the (民事の)告訴.
MP Sir Alan Beith, chairman of the 司法(官) 委員会, called for an 独立した・無所属 調査. He said: 'I'm not 満足させるd that all necessary steps have been taken to learn lessons from the 事例/患者.'
Northumberland 会議 said the boy was 'doing 井戸/弁護士席 with foster parents and at a new school'.
