A career 犯罪の who 侵略するd a family's home with two knife-（権力などを）行使するing 凶漢s must 直面する 司法（官）, 選挙運動者s said yesterday.

Walid Salem escaped a 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決 while the householder, 実業家 Munir Hussain, was 刑務所，拘置所d for attacking him as he fled.

Mr Hussain, 53, was 解放（する）d on Wednesday after the Lord 長，指導者 司法（官） 受託するd the father of three had 攻撃するd out because he believed his family had been under 脅し.

Salem, 一方／合間, had been given a two-year 監督 order and 許すd to walk 解放する／自由な after doctors said he was too brain 損失d to enter a 嘆願.

But the 57-year-old, who has more than 50 前科s, has since been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of other 罪，犯罪s - raising questions about the severity of his 傷害s.

Salem and two masked 共犯者s carrying 12in knives 軍隊d their way into the millionaire's house and 脅すd to kill him, his wife and thei r three children.

So far no one has been brought to 司法（官） for that attack.

John Price QC, for the 栄冠を与える, told the 控訴，上告 法廷，裁判所 earlier this week: 'We are keeping a 用心深い 注目する，もくろむ on the 事柄. The result of these 訴訟／進行s is not やむを得ず a final one.

'Should the circumstances change then the 起訴 would 明白に have the 権利 to revisit the 事柄.'

Tory MP Philip Davies said: 'What this man did to Mr Hussain was 絶対 horrendous and he should be in 刑務所，拘置所 for it, 関わりなく any other offences he may have committed.

'No civilised society should be 軍隊d to 許容する this man 原因（となる）ing 大虐殺 wherever he goes.

Salem was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 誤った 監禁，拘置 after the （警察の）手入れ，急襲 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, in September 2008.

'I'm sure the general public will be wondering if he can really be as ill as it has been （人命などを）奪う，主張するd.'

Mr Hussain's son Awais, 22, said: 'I'm disgusted that my Dad had to go to 刑務所，拘置所 but that man was 始める，決める 解放する／自由な. He should not have been walking the streets in the first place.'

He 追加するd: 'I hope 司法（官） is done, for all his 犠牲者s 同様に as us.'

His uncle Qa deer Hussain, 45, said: 'He's been caught more than 50 times, how many times has he got away with it, and not been caught? How many other families have been terrorised?'

一方／合間, Mr Hussain's barrister Michael Wolkind QC said he believed it was 権利 that his （弁護士の）依頼人 had been put on 裁判，公判.
