Hundreds of drivers have been wrongly 攻撃する，衝突する with ULEZ 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s after a camera to catch 運転者s was put in the wrong place.
Bosses at 輸送（する） for London have been 軍隊d to refund drivers after they put up a camera to catch drivers outside the ULEZ 非難する 境界.
It was put up on the junction of Old Redding and the A409, which separates Watford in Hertfordshire with Stanmore in North London ? but is outside the 資本／首都's Ultra Low 放出／発行s Zone.
The camera was put up when Sadiq 旅宿泊所's hated new 計画／陰謀 was 開始する，打ち上げるd on August 29, but has since been switched and moved - and drivers have been refunded since 輸送（する） 長，指導者s realised their embarrassing error.
Drivers have been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d the £12.50 ULEZ 料金 - and some 脅すd with a £180 罰金 ? even though they have not 現実に entered the zone.

A TfL spokesperson said: 'We apologise for this error. Unfortunately this camera was incorrectly positioned and we are 緊急に 修正するing this. It has been switched off and will only be active when it has been repositioned. We will be refunding any 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s that were wrongly 問題／発行するd.'
But angry drivers have 爆破d the error for the worry and inconvenience it has 原因（となる）d them.

'I did some digging and quickly realised the ULEZ camera had caught me 運動ing on the A409, which is the 境界 of the 非難する zone. If I'd turned 権利 or gone straight over, I would've been inside it but I turned left and so was still outside.
'When I 接触するd TfL I was told there is nothing I can do, the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 would still stand as I had been 逮捕（する）d by a ULEZ camera and therefore must have entered the zone.

'My 嘆願s fell on deaf ears, so I'm delighted to find out today that I ? and many other 運転者s ? were 権利 all along. They were wrong and now they have to 支払う／賃金 for it.
'But I suppose the question is how many other examples of this are there around the 境界 and how many people have had 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s wrongly 適用するd to an 自動車 支払う／賃金 account that they do not even realize are there?'
Another upset 運転者 said she was caught out while 運動ing south に向かって the 十字路／岐路 of Old Redding, Brookshill, Clamp Hill and the A409.

'I hate to thi nk how many people are getting caught out at this junction.'
