The former Manchester 部隊d and England 星／主役にする, 30, was today 罰金d a week's 給料 - £57,000 - for 存在 more than twice over the 合法的な 限界.
Manchester 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 heard how Lingard was 運動ing in Sale, Greater Manchester, on July 8, this year, when he was stopped by a police.
Tara Riley, 起訴するing, said that an officer who was に引き続いて his Lamborghini Uris became aware it was 存在 driven at 速度(を上げる）.

She said the officer spoke to Lingard at the 道端 and believed he was under the 影響（力） of alcohol 予定 to his behaviour.

A previous 法廷，裁判所 審理，公聴会, in April this year, heard how the 指名する of fictitious man, living at a 非，不，無-existent 演説（する）／住所 and 恐らく linked to a 悪名高い scam was given on に代わって of the player.
Stockport 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 was told how a 範囲 Rover Sport 登録（する）d in Lingard's 指名する was flashed by a 速度(を上げる） camera on the A56 in Trafford in August, last year.
A notice of ーするつもりであるd 起訴 (NIP) requesting the 詳細（に述べる）s of the driver was then sent to his 演説（する）／住所.
But around two weeks later, an online 指名／任命 made using an email 演説（する）／住所 'linked' to Lingard's Instagram account gave the driver's 指名する as George Bolt.
The 法廷，裁判所 was told that Mr Bolt 'doesn't 存在する', while the 演説（する）／住所 供給するd was believed to be a car park.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) had also identified the 指名する as 存在 'linked to a いわゆる NIP farm'..
NIP 'farms' are a 悪名高い scam whereby drivers and 商売／仕事s 支払う／賃金 犯罪のs to 供給（する） them with fictitious 詳細（に述べる）s in a 企て，努力，提案 to 避ける 存在 罰金d or getting points on their licence for モーターing offences.
Lingard did not appear at that 審理，公聴会 but his lawyer Mr Rogers told Manchester 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 in July that his （弁護士の）依頼人 was not 運動ing the car and had been unaware that a NIP had been sent to his £3.4million mansion because he was not living there at the time after moving to Nottingham Forest.
Mr Rogers said Lingard was not 責任がある the email which had identified Mr Bolt as the driver.
But he said Lingard 受託するd that the 'system' he had in place to 扱う mail sent to his main 演説（する）／住所 'wasn't good enough'.
Lingard was 罰金d £900 for failing to 供給する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） relating to the driver of his car and given six 刑罰，罰則 points on his 運動ing licence.
As he already had six points on his licence, that meant he was liable to be disqualified from 運動ing.
