司法（官） 長官 Alex Chalk has been asked to draw up 提案s for a change in the 法律 which would put an end to the 可能性 of 早期に 解放（する） from 刑務所，拘置所 for people 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of the most serious 性の offences.
A Tory source said the 計画（する） was 'nailed on' to be 含むd in the King's Speech in November, and is likely to feature in a major speech on 罪，犯罪 by the 総理大臣 in the coming weeks.
The new 押し進める is part of a wider 'gear change' by No 10 which is designed to 明らかにする／漏らす 'the real Rishi', and which began with his 劇の 計画（する） last week to put the ブレーキs on the 急ぐ to 逮捕する 無.

Ashley Shuck, 30, was 解放（する）d from 刑務所，拘置所 in May 2017 after serving only half of his eight-year 宣告，判決 for 強姦ing an 18-year-old.
Just weeks after he was 解放する／自由なd in June that year, he went on to commit その上の serious offences in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
