They say personal （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） is 存在 追加するd to the system at 'breakneck 速度(を上げる）', leaving people with no chance to 反対する.

Almost 1.3million 記録，記録的な／記録するs have already been created and another 8.9million people have received a letter about the programme - meaning their data is 予定 to be 追加するd by June.

Katherine Murphy, director of the 患者s 協会, said: 'The Health Service should not put in place bureaucratic 障害s to 患者 choice because they are worried about what 患者s might choose to do.'
