I have 非難するd 大統領 Biden's 外交の accommodation of Beijing, but Newsom's egregious overseas 陳列する，発揮する makes Biden's 外交政策 look like Bismark-level realpolitik.
To believe that the 共産主義者 Party of 中国 (CCP) could be a 信用d partner on 環境の 問題／発行するs, is, as Oscar Wilde said about second marriages, the 勝利 of hope over experience.
Let's look at the CCP's 環境の 記録，記録的な／記録する: によれば the World Bank, the People's 共和国 of 中国 (PRC) is 責任がある 33% of all 全世界の 温室 放出／発行s, more than every developed country 連合させるd.

But whether it is the fishing トロール船s that destroy the oceans, the 危険な 地雷s that 廃虚 the land, or the factories that 過程 the produce of both, the secret 成分 underlying the CCP's 産業の-規模 破壊 of the 環境 is the most 広範囲にわたる system of 軍隊d labor since Stalin's gulags.
Uyghur イスラム教徒s in Xinjiang are rented out as de facto slaves 供給するing a ready source of 軍隊d labor to both PRC and 多国籍の companies.

全世界の Times, a CCP 宣伝 出口, 賞賛するd Newsom as 'a friend from afar,' while Newsom 宣言するd, '[our 株d humanity] is what should 運動 us to work together to stop the greatest existential 脅し our 惑星 has ever known.'
That may be true, but not in the way Newsom meant it.
When it comes to 保護するing the 惑星, the CCP is not part of the 解答.
The CCP is the 脅し itself.
