An engineer who 直す／買収する，八百長をするs celebrity 私的な jets is 告訴するing for more than £200,000, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing he was sent 飛行機で行くing by the 爆破 of a ロシアの 計画（する） in Antarctica which 'broke his thigh bone.'?

Stuart Lunn, who 持続するs 757 jets and has flown with the Foo 闘士，戦闘機s, Pharrell Williams and 削除する, says he was 負傷させるd when he fell from the steps of his 計画（する） の上に a 'blue ice' 滑走路 近づく the South 政治家 in February 2018.

Mr Lunn, who was working for a 借り切る／憲章 航空機による, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs his 落ちる was 原因（となる）d by a gust from the engines of a ロシアの jet which had passed nearby at the Novo 離着陸場, in Queen Maud Land, Antarctica.

He is now fighting for six-人物／姿／数字 損害賠償金 from the company which runs the 離着陸場, 非難するing them for letting the ロシアの jet pass too の近くに to where he was working.

But Mr Lunn is struggling to get his 事例／患者 off the ground in the UK, 予定 to a 論争 over whether it should be heard at London's High 法廷，裁判所 or in South Africa.

The Novo 離着陸場 is a 'blue ice' airstrip of 層d ice, so 指名するd 予定 to its 独特の azure colour, and serves as the international gateway for flights to and from Cape Town, 同様に as the 中心 for 国内の flights within Antarctica.

It is 据えるd in Queen Maud Land, a one million square mile stretch of 激しく揺する and ice over which Norway 主張するs 支配（する）／統制する, but was built by the ロシアの 南極の 探検隊／遠征隊.

During a 審理，公聴会 at the London 法廷，裁判所, 裁判官 Master Gary Thornett was told that Mr Lunn （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to have been sent 急落するing to the ice 予定 to the 爆破 of 空気／公表する from the ロシアの jet.

He had been trying to 安全な・保証する the steps of the 757 - on which he had flown the 2,400-mile 旅行 from South Africa - to the ice, but instead ended up 負傷させるd on the ground after 苦しむing the 落ちる.

同様に as his 脚 he also 負傷させるd his shoulder and pelvis in the 落ちる and he was 避難させるd to Cape Town, in South Africa, wh ere he underwent 広範囲にわたる rehabilitation and several 操作／手術s to 扱う／治療する his 傷害s.

The 58-year-old engineer, from Rochdale, Lancashire, is now 告訴するing the company which runs the Novo 離着陸場, 南極の 兵たん業務 Centre International.

Mr Lunn's lawyers （人命などを）奪う，主張する 南極の 兵たん業務 was at fault in 許すing the ロシアの 計画（する） to pass too の近くに to the Boeing 757 on which he was working.

'The 事例／患者 is 前進するd on the basis of '占領／職業' of the 離着陸場 by 南極の 兵たん業務,' explained the company's KC, Sarah Crowther, in written arguments.

But she （人命などを）奪う，主張するd her （弁護士の）依頼人s had no idea the 計画（する） with Mr Lunn 船内に had passed at the time and 南極の 兵たん業務 had not authorised Mr Lunn to be on the 離着陸場.

'The 根底となる difficulty with the claimant's pleaded 事例／患者 is that an 離着陸場 is, for obvious 推論する／理由s, a dangerous place to which 接近 is 制限するd,' she said.

'It needs no explanation to an experienced 航空機 engineer that it is an area which ought not to be entered without 許可 or outside permitted times.

'There is no pleaded 事例／患者 that 始める，決めるs out any facts or 事柄s on which it would be open to the 法廷，裁判所 to 結論する that Mr Lunn was either given 許可 to be on the 離着陸場 or that the 被告 wa s in fact aware that Mr Lunn along with the other 乗組員 of the Boeing B757 were on board the 航空機 or in the 離着陸場.

'For example, it is not 主張するd that the 操縦する of the Boeing B757 had 通知するd 南極の 兵たん業務 that his 乗組員 were on the 離着陸場 or on board the 計画（する） and that the 被告 had 同意d to the same.

'Nor is there any factual basis 始める，決める out by which it might be said that, absent 得るing 表明する 許可 to enter the 離着陸場, the 被告 in any way 認めるd 暗示するd 許可.'

In 新規加入 to 否定するing 義務／負債 for the 事故, Ms Crowther 主張するs that the engineer's 事例／患者 should be knocked out before even reaching 裁判，公判 because he 延期するd too long before 問題／発行するing his 合法的な （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

And on 最高の，を越す of that, 南極の 兵たん業務 is challenging Mr Lunn's 主張 that his 事例／患者 should go before the English 法廷，裁判所s when it comes to 裁判，公判, pointing out that the question of what 明言する／公表する 支配（する）／統制するs the land around Novo 離着陸場 is 政治上 and 合法的に blurred.

Although Norway 主張するs 主権，独立 over the 領土, the airstrip was in fact built by the ロシアの 南極の 探検隊／遠征隊 and is 位置を示すd の近くに to its 研究 駅／配置する.

Given that background, the 裁判，公判 should probably be 行為／行うd under ロシアの 法律, 'because that's the system of 法律 which 適用するs to the ロシアの 離着陸場,' said the KC.

But in 見解（をとる） of the practical problems connected with 持つ／拘留するing a 裁判，公判 in Russia, Ms Crowther 示唆するd South Africa would be the 訂正する 会議 for a 裁判，公判 行為／行うd under either ロシアの or South African 法律.

南極の 兵たん業務 is a South Africa-based company and Mr Lunn was hospitalised in that country for five weeks after his 落ちる, said the barrister.

'There is little or no 推論する／理由 to connect this （人命などを）奪う，主張する with England, othe r than the claimant's 国籍 and some of the indirect 損失,' she argued.

The 問題／発行する of the 権利 place for the 裁判，公判, と一緒に that of whether the （人命などを）奪う，主張する should be 許すd to go ahead at all, （機の）カム before the High 法廷，裁判所 in London in a pre-裁判，公判 小競り合い between lawyers, but the 裁判官 has yet to 配達する his 判決，裁定.
