A young mother-to-be and her unborn baby were killed when a driver lost 支配（する）／統制する of his BMW and 衝突，墜落d into her, a 法廷，裁判所 heard.

Andrew Brown, 起訴するing, told the 陪審／陪審員団 that Andrew Harrison, 41, from Penrith, Cumbria, who 否定するs 原因（となる）ing death by careless 運動ing, was travelling along a one-way system through Penrith town centre and lost 支配（する）／統制する of his car at a bend in the road.
The car swung to the left, hitting Mrs McCreadie as she walked along the road with her husband Andrew and a friend.
Mr McCreadie, in a 声明 read to the 法廷，裁判所, said his wife had joined him for a drink after work and they decided to walk to his parents' house which was nearby.
'A car was 運動ing past me, I thought it was going to 攻撃する，衝突する me,' he said. 'I then watched as the car 攻撃する，衝突する Anne-Marie in the stomach. I could hear her making a whimpering noise. I could tell how much 苦痛 she was in as she seldom makes a fuss.'
Mrs McCreadie was taken to Cumberland Infirmary where she later died.
証言，証人／目撃する Graham Nelson told the 法廷，裁判所 he was 運動ing behind Harrison at the time of the 事故. Asked how 急速な／放蕩な Harrison had been 運動ing, Mr Nelson said: 'I would say about 20 miles an hour. As I was travelling around the bend the 支援する end (of Harrison's car) just? seemed to lose 支配（する）／統制する and come out.
'The car （機の）カム 一連の会議、交渉／完成する, it turned to 直面する the houses, then it ran up the 抑制（する）.'
David Mortimer had also 交渉するd the bend? that night and he told the 法廷，裁判所 the road
