Speaking on Monday, Britain's defence 長官 認める Shapps 警告するd in a speech that the UK has moved out of a 戦後の 明言する／公表する and is now 直面するing a 'pre-war world'.

Asked by MailOnline about the growing 恐れるs of a 全世界の 衝突, Mr Crump said: 'I don't think this is 必然的な, but I think the 危険s are 開始するing.

'If it's not next year, it'll be by the end of the １０年間, we'll be looking at a 類似の sort of problem. And unless something 劇的な changes on the 惑星, the 危険 is just going to keep 開始するing. The 緊張s will keep 開始するing.'

Since 2020, there have been a number of 地域の 衝突s in 新規加入 to those 現在／一般に 存在 fought in ウクライナ共和国 and the Middle East.

The Tigray War saw tens of thousands of people killed across northern Ethiopia between November 2020 to November 2022 while an on-going civil war in?Sudan, which began in April 2023, has also 原因（となる）d 普及した death and 破壊.

Africa has also seen a 一連の successful 軍の クーデターs.?政府s have been overthrown in countries 含むing Burkina Faso, Guinea, Chad, Mali, Gabon and Niger, and the?Democratic 共和国 of Congo is also 直面するing an on-going 人道的な 危機 - the roots of which date 支援する to the Rwandan 集団殺戮 of 1994.

'Guess what? They bump into each other. That 原因（となる）s problems.?There isn't enough water. People are going to start fighting for water.?This stuff is all going to happen.

'It's just the 事例／患者, whether it's this year, next year or ten years hence.'

Sub-Saharan Africa - already a 地域 with extreme poverty and 病気 - will 耐える the brunt of rising 気温s sooner than others.

見積（る）s 示唆する Beijing could 支配（する）／統制する one-third of the world's lithium capacity by 2025, leaving the US and other countries 井戸／弁護士席 behind.?The West's need for the same 資源s will only serve to create その上の 分割s with 中国.??

緊張s between the US and 中国 are already high まっただ中に 恐れるs that Beijing could order the 侵略 of Taiwan in the coming years.

There is no 疑問 that such an 侵略 would be 破滅的な for the 地域 from a 人道的な 視野, with some 示唆するing as many as 500,000 people could be killed in any such 軍の 活動／戦闘.

But 専門家s have also 警告するd of the 破滅的な 衝撃 an attack would have from an 経済的な 視野, 特に on the West.

Taiwan produces 90 パーセント of the world's 前進するd 半導体素子s, the brains in all modern electronic 器具／備品, and any 不足 in 半導体s has been 述べるd as '壊滅的な'?to both the UK and the 全世界の economy.

Should 中国 掴む Taiwan, then it would also corner the 半導体 market, giving the US and its 同盟（する）s 多重の incentives to defend Taiwan - something Washington has signalled it would do in the event of an 侵略.

中国 has been 敵意を持った to its other 隣人s in 最近の years, too.

It has become ますます 積極的な in the South 中国 Sea, with its 海軍 and fishing 大型船s often coming into の近くに 接触する with?Filipino 大型船s.

It has also been （刑事）被告 of using its 広大な fishing (n)艦隊／(a)素早い to 支配する the South 中国 Sea, which it （人命などを）奪う，主張するs should be under its 支配（する）／統制する almost in its entirety.

Beijing has also 衝突／不一致d with Japan over the 論争d Senkaku Islands, using its fishing 産業 to 支える its （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

There have also been 衝突／不一致s between 中国 and India in the Galwan Valley in the Himalayas which has seen 兵士s fighting for the world's two largest nations, both of whom are 武装した with 核の 武器s, 衝突／不一致ing with melee 武器s.

In 2021, 中国 認める to losing four of its 軍隊／機動隊s in the fighting.

Mr Crump says 中国's 活動／戦闘s in the South 中国 Sea is a prime example of 'Grey Zone' 策略 - a type of 慣習に捕らわれない 戦争

The West, Mr Crump says, should be 関心d with such 策略 from 中国.

'It's the fishing (n)艦隊／(a)素早い, It's the Coast Guard. It's the way they're just 押し進めるing into this space and just making it theirs and 基本的に 説: "what are you going to do about it? Are you going to 解雇する／砲火／射撃 a ミサイル at us? I don't think you are".

'And it's really hard to come up with an answer and it's this sort of creeping 侵入／浸透 of 地理学, of societies, of thinking that's going on.'

As 中国's rhetoric around Taiwan grows ますます more 関心ing, there are also 恐れるs that the on-going fighting between イスラエル and the Hamas terror group in Gaza could 流出／こぼす-over into the Middle East.

In 最近の months, we have seen Yemen's Iran-支援するd Houthi 反逆者／反逆するs attacking ships passing through the Red Sea, between Asia and Europe - 混乱に陥れる／中断させるing 全世界の 貿易（する）.

In 返答, the US and UK have 攻撃する，衝突する 的s in Yemen with ミサイルs, but have so far failed to 阻止する その上の Houthi attacks.?

The Iran-支援する Hezbollah group have also been 開始する，打ち上げるing attacks into イスラエル from Lebanon, raising 恐れるs that a war could also 勃発する between the Israeli Defence 軍隊s and?Hezbollah - a far superior fighting 軍隊 to that of Hamas.

There is a 関心 that some Arab 政府s in the 地域 more 同情的な に向かって Hamas could be 軍隊d to 行為／法令／行動する over 恐れるs of civil 不安 at home, like that which was seen in the Arab spring that spread 大混乱 in the 2010s.

While there are several 可能性のある flash-points - not to について言及する Russia's ますます 積極的な rhetoric about its designs on 復活祭 Europe and 北大西洋条約機構 説 this week that it is を締めるing for a ロシアの 侵略 within the next 20 years, Mr Crump said he thinks its ありそうもない that World War Three would see the world's 超大国s 衝突／不一致 長，率いる-on in the foreseeable 未来.

Instead, he says it is more likely that 核の-力／強力にするd nations of the world will fight through proxies and with Grey Zone 策略.

Such 策略 have been seen already. The Kremlin used 'little green men' to suddenly 掴む Crimea in 2014, while 中国 has （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd cursive 経済的な 策略 through its Belt and Road 率先 to vacuum up 支配（する）／統制する over 資源s, as seen in Africa.

Cyber attacks, （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） （選挙などの）運動をするs and other forms of 非，不，無-violent 圧力 are also 存在 meted out by the world's 超大国s in the 影をつくる／尾行するs.

Using Taiwan as an example, Mr Crump says we can 推定する／予想する to see such 策略 used more and more as the world's 超大国s butt 長，率いるs in the coming years.

'If 中国 開始する，打ち上げるs ミサイルs and sends in 水陸両性の 軍艦s [to 侵略する Taiwan], then America might feel like they have to do something straight away,' he says.

Instead, he 推定する／予想するs an attack on Taiwan to be 'subtle, insidious and creeping.'

'I think one of the points about this is you're seeing 潜在的に lots of 地域の 衝突s, lots of grey zone 衝突s,' he 追加するs.

'If you talk about the "第三世界 War", everyone's very 脅すd becau se they picture mushroom clouds.?But at no point does Russia 現実に want to 中止する 存在するing over ウクライナ共和国. At no point does the US or 中国 want to die in a fiery hell over Taiwan.

'No one's that madcap about this.?So we're 現実に 支援する to 戦争 the way it used to be, which is countries fighting over something (while at the same time) they can 現実に be almost 協力するing on something, somewhere else,' Mr Crump said.

'You're fighting through proxies, which the US did in Vietnam, arguably. It did in Korea, arguably.?We (the West) certainly fought proxies that were 支援するd by 中国.

'But the US was never 現実に fighting 中国. It never struck the Chinese 本土／大陸.?It's gonna be a bit like that - 普及した 地域の 衝突.

'I think that's more likely than an all-out World War,' he said.
