Speaking on the BBC's Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg, Ms Ghey said: 'We'd like a 法律 introduced so that there are 動きやすい phones that are only suitable for under-16s.

'So if you're over 16, you can have an adult phone, but then under the age of 16, you can have a children's phone, which will not have all of the social マスコミ apps that are out there now.

'Also to have ソフトウェア that is automatically downloaded on the parents' phone which links to the children's phone, that can 最高潮の場面 重要な words.

'So if a child is searching the 肉親，親類d of words that Scarlett and Eddie were searching, it will then 旗 up on the parent's phone.'

She said if the searches her daughter's 殺し屋s had made had been flagged, their parents would have been 'able to get some 肉親，親類d of help'.

Ms Ghey said her transgender daughter had 接近d プロの／賛成の-anorexia and self-害（を与える） 構成要素 online and been 'very 保護の' over her phone, which had 原因（となる）d arguments.

'If she couldn't have 接近d the 場所／位置s, she wouldn't have 苦しむd as much,' she said.

They then 猛烈に sought to cover their 跡をつけるs, with Jenkinson 地位，任命するing a Snapchat 尊敬の印 that called Brianna 'such an amazing friend' a nd 'one of the best people I've ever met'.

Brianna was 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd to death with appalling savagery, 存在 left with 'unsurvivable' 傷害s 含むing 負傷させるs 侵入するing her heart, both 肺s and major 血 大型船s.

She had been stabbed to the 長，率いる, neck, 支援する and chest with enough 軍隊 to 損失 the bones of her ribs, vertebrae and sternum. Her jugular vein had also been 厳しいd, 原因（となる）ing '壊滅的な 血 loss'.

The pair were still only 16 when they stood 裁判，公判 at Manchester 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 last November, meaning neither their 指名するs nor the schools they had …に出席するd could be published. They 非難するd one another for the 残虐な 殺人，大当り, but の直前に Christmas 賠審員s took いっそう少なく than five hours to 全員一致で 罪人／有罪を宣告する them both.

Ms Ghey bravely …に出席するd almost every day of the 裁判，公判 yet still 持つ／拘留するs 'no hate' for Scarlet Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe, 以前 known only as Girl X and Boy Y.

She listened to both 十代の少年少女s - who were 15 when they stabbed Brianna 28 times in a 'frenzied' attack that left her with unsurvivable 傷害s - 非難する one another for the horrific attack as each 否定するd 責任／義務 or 事前の knowledge of the 罪，犯罪.

In her 声明 read to the 法廷，裁判所, Brianna's mother said she believed Jenkinson and Ratcliffe continued to be a danger to society.

She said: 'I don't believe that someone who is so 乱すd and obsessed with 殺人 and 拷問 would ever be able to be rehab ilitated.

'I have moments where I feel sorry for them, because they have also 廃虚d their own lives, but I have to remember that they felt no empathy for Brianna when they left her bleeding to death after their premeditated and vicious attack, which was carried out not because Brianna had done anything wrong, but just because one hated trans people and the other thought it would be fun.'

Deanna Heer KC, 起訴するing, told the 法廷，裁判所 as she read the mother's 声明: 'Esther, I think it's fair to say, can't bring herself to do it.'

In the 声明, Ms Ghey said the 'hardest thing' to come to 条件 with was finding out that one of those 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with Brianna's 殺人 was someone she believed to be her daughter's friend.

She said she had been 'pleased' when Brianna sent a text message on February 11 to say she was going to 会合，会う a friend.

She said: 'I thought that she would have a wonderful time, hanging around with her friend and getting some fresh 空気／公表する. When all that time she was 存在 誘惑するd to her death.

'All I can think about is that she would have been 脅すd and I wasn't there for her. She needed me to 保護する her, Brianna wasn't a 闘士，戦闘機 and she must have been so terrified.'

The 殺し屋s' web of lies was undone in 法廷，裁判所 through weeks of depraved messages between the pair and large 量s of 証拠: most 顕著に a handwritten 公式文書，認める showing how Jenkinson plotted out Brianna's 殺人.

She continued: 'I have a lot of sympathy for their parents because they've had to sit there and listen to what their children have done.

'I don't think anyone can imagine that their kid can be 有能な of that. I don't carry any hate for [Brianna's 殺し屋s] though, because that will only 傷つける me.

'I am 関心d that both of them will be out [of 刑務所，拘置所] at some point, and I don't think there's a chance of rehabilitation.

'I'm glad that they're 存在 指名するd now because they would have been 指名するd when they turned 18 anyway. The public has a 権利 to know who they are.'

Ms Ghey listened to 深く，強烈に 乱すing 詳細（に述べる）s of how Jenkinson and Ratcliffe plotted her daughter's death.

The pair, who were both 15 at the time, are said to have been fascinated by 拷問, 暴力／激しさ and death, while handwritten 公式文書，認めるs about serial 殺し屋s were 設立する in Jenkinson's bedroom に引き続いて her 逮捕（する）.

In a 冷気／寒がらせるing 交流 a day before the 殺人, the murderous teens discussed how they would take Brianna's life.

During the conversation, Jenkinson was watching her 'fave film', Sweeney Todd, for the 'the 9,000th time' and told Ratcliffe he should watch it.

'He kills people with one of the sharpe st blades in the world,' she 追加するd.

Jenkinson was obsessed with 殺害者s, telling Ratcliffe in an earlier 一連の messages she knew a lot about US serial 殺し屋 Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker, who 虐殺（する）d at least 13 people in 1985.

On January 23, she wrote: 'I could talk about him for like two hours, 含むing 引用するs and dates of stuff'.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard the two 十代の少年少女s had ーするつもりであるd to 会合，会う Brianna on January 28 but were 軍隊d to change their 計画（する）s 'last minute' when she was unable to come.

Later that day Jenkinson messaged Ratcliffe: 'Let's kill Brianna tomorrow 6pm.' He told her he was unable to carry out the 殺人，大当り on a ''school night''.'

Jenkinson continued: 'I don't want to wait, I just want her to die. I want to see pure horror on her 直面する and hear her 叫び声をあげる in 苦痛.'

Ratcliffe replied of Brianna, who was transgender: 'Really? All I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to see is what size d*** it had.'

Jenkinson said: 'I really want one of its 注目する，もくろむs. They have pretty 注目する，もくろむs.'
