Petra Ecclestone's ex-husband James Stunt today 否定するd buying a £4million 先頭 Dyck masterpiece at the centre of a 破産 裁判，公判 as he tries to 埋め立てる the masterpiece from his creditors.
破産者／倒産した socialite Stunt 主張するd he did not 購入（する） the centuries-old portrait but only recommended his father did.
Stunt, married to F1 heiress Ecclestone from 2011 to 2017, is fighting a 合法的な 戦う／戦い with his 破産 trustees over Sir Anthony 先頭 Dyck 絵 The Cheeke Sisters.
The trustees say James owns it, but both he and his father Geoffrey Stunt （人命などを）奪う，主張する the older man bought the artwork - now valued at £4million - in 2013 for £600,000.

Barristers for the trustees have told the 法廷，裁判所 that James Stunt did buy the 絵 but Geoffrey Stunt later （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 所有権 of it.
Joseph Curl KC said that this 代表するd a '重要な 不正' to the trustees and that the art company that sold the 絵 believed James Stunt 'became and was always ーするつもりであるd to be the owner of the 絵'.
When Mr Curl 示唆するd that it was James Stunt who 交渉するd the 購入（する） price for the artwork, the socialite replied: '絶対 not.'
Stunt also told the 法廷，裁判所 that the company that sold the piece 'thanked me for making the introduction' with his father.

Stunt said he saw the 絵 on one of several visits to a gallery run by Fergus Hall 限られた／立憲的な.
