地元のs have slammed a £19,500 公然と 基金d art 取り付け・設備 of spinning golden 反対/詐欺s after they all turned 黒人/ボイコット いっそう少なく than a year after 存在 明かすd as it is 明らかにする/漏らすd the 会議 didn't have planning 許可 for them in the first place.

When first 明かすd in the market town of Farnham, Surrey, in April last year the sculptures baffled 地元のs who に例えるd them to 'Madonna's bra', a 'Dalek scrapyard' and '巨大(な) dunce hats'.

The 事業/計画(する), which 伴う/関わるd Farnham Town 会議, the University for the Creative Arts, the Farnham Maltings arts centre and the Farnham Public Art 信用, was conceived in 2020.

But now 居住(者)s are complaining that they have 燃やすd people's 手渡すs in hot 天候, created a 'thunderous cacophony of sound' for 隣人s and now turned 'grey and ugly'.

Although によれば the artists, Natalie Bradwell and Livia Spinolo, this 影響 was '全く 審議する/熟考する' but 地元のs think the (名声などを)汚すing has made them an 'eyesore' that has 廃虚d a beautiful green space.

A 列/漕ぐ/騒動 爆発するd after it 現れるd that, にもかかわらず 存在 a 会議-認可するd 事業/計画(する), the artwork - する権利を与えるd 'A 手渡す's Turn' - did not have planning 許可.

Earlier this month, Farnham Town Clerk Iain Lynch 適用するd for retrospective planning 許可 for the 'sculptures on grassed area'.

But angry 地元のs are appalled that 許可 for the 'ugly' 反対/詐欺s was not sought before their 取り付け・設備, branding them 'undemocratic' and calling for them to be 'chucked in the 貯蔵所'.

令状ing an 反対 on the Waverley Borough 会議 website, 居住(者) Penny Marshall said: 'It is appalling that planning 許可 was not sought by the organisers before 取り付け・設備.

'No consideration was given to 隣人ing 居住(者)s who have to look at this eyesore every day, not just when passing by like the 残り/休憩(する) of us.

'They have 廃虚d what was a pretty green area with flower beds, they have attracted vandals and are now 損失d, they have 原因(となる)d noise for 隣人s by people banging them, people were encouraged to interact with them and have burnt their 手渡すs in hot 天候 and the 反対/詐欺s are now grey, dull and even more ugly than they already were.

'Such a waste of £19,500.'

Another 地元の, Haydn Owens, 反対するd to the 許可 and said the sculpture 'looks terrible'.

He 追加するd: 'I 絶対 hated seeing this "art" when it was 任命する/導入するd.

'It was never 任命する/導入するd under public 協議 and I believe, like so many others, that it was a 抱擁する waste of public mon ey or something that the public didn't want or need.

'This area would look so much better if it were 除去するd and returned 支援する to the wild flowers.

'Perhaps move them to Farnham Park or chuck them in the 貯蔵所.'

Christi Daugherty, a bestselling author who lives in the area, also wrote an 反対.

The 小説家 said: 'It has been in place for a year or so now, and it has already decayed to an 驚くべき/特命の/臨時の degree.

'The gilding has washed away, and さまざまな pieces are 乱打するd and 損失d. The 取り付け・設備 has not been 持続するd, and there’s no 指示,表示する物 that it will be 持続するd.

'The art has had the unintended 影響 of making the area いっそう少なく attractive.'

Another 隣人, Jenny Barratt, said: 'People of all ages 定期的に bang the 反対/詐欺s creating a thunderous cacophony of sound that emanates as they bang one after another, and another, and another.'

One of the artists behind the 議論の的になる 反対/詐欺s?Natalie Bradwell, 39, said she?‘didn’t know’ the 会議 hadn’t 適用するd for 許可, 追加するing: 'I assumed it had planning.'

Ms Bradwell said the 反対/詐欺s were made of an 内部の steel structure and covered in sheets of 厚かましさ/高級将校連.

Discussing the change of colour, she said she 推定する/予想するd them to darken in colour and it ‘was 全く 審議する/熟考する’.

She 追加するd: 'That was a big part of the 過程 when I pitched the idea. I said as time goes on, they are going to get a patina, so they 老年の.

'It’s the best 選択, to 許す the metal to do its thing.

But, not all 地元のs are …に反対するd to the artwork.

Jenny James said: 'I like this art 取り付け・設備. My children enjoy interacting with it whenever they walk past.'

Georgeen Hamming from Colchester, Essex, visited Farnham for a ‘short break’ with her husband and said she thought the sculptures were ‘a bit of fun’ and ‘something that catches your 注目する,もくろむ’.

The 72 year old said: 'I think it’s やめる an 利益/興味ing thing to have there.

'I think it sort of fits in with the area, the maltings is やめる modern and there’s やめる a lot going on there.

'I’m not 地元の so for me, it’s just a bit of fun but I can understand why people who li ve 地元で may be a bit fed up with it.'

It is 推定する/予想するd that a 決定/判定勝ち(する) will be made on the 反対/詐欺s in May of this year.
