Under the 法律制定, those みなすd to be 'nuisance' rough sleepers could be 罰金d up to £2,500 or even 刑務所,拘置所d if they 辞退する orders to move on from a 確かな 場所.

The 法案 明言する/公表するs that rough sleepers might be considered a 'nuisance' if there is '過度の smell', if they 陳列する,発揮する '脅迫してさせるing' 調印するs, or 原因(となる) litter.

'Everyone at 危険 of sleeping rough should have a 権利 to suitable 緊急 accommodation, and to end homelessness for good it must 投資する in genuinely affordable social homes ― we need 90,000 a year.'
