Phone glitch puts 報知係s to the Department of Health straight through to Victoria Atkins in embarrassing error
It is always a struggle to get anyone in a 政府 office to 選ぶ up the phone.
But members of the public calling the Department of Health switchboard have been lucky enough to be connected to the Health 長官 herself.
報知係s were put through to Victoria Atkins under a new system designed to 自動車-コースを変える calls to 関連した 公式の／役人s 経由で Microsoft Teams.
Several were connected to the 大臣 before 公式の／役人s 取って代わるd her laptop to stop this happening, Politico 報告（する）／憶測d.
The embarrassing error comes after （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長?Jeremy 追跡（する）'s 予算 告示 that an extra £3.4billon would be spent on NHS 生産性 over five years ? with the 目的（とする） of ramping up digitisation and automation in a health service that until recently used fax machines.

During his time in No 10 in 2021, Boris Johnson was advised to stop using his personal phone and not to 接近 it again on 安全 grounds after it 現れるd that his number had been 自由に 利用できる online for 15 years.
A 広報担当者 for the Department of Health and Social Care said of the switchboard error: 'We do not comment on 安全 事柄s.'
