The travellers moved away from the 場所／位置 and are now pitched up on a 道端 瀬戸際 just outside the market town of Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria, even though the event in 隣人ing Appleby is still four weeks away.
At his nearby farm today, Mr Scott said he did not want to comment, 追加するing: 'I just want to get on with my work without stirring things up.'

'They want to stop the horse fair but they can't, people will come anyway.
'When they can't find places for their caravans and horses people will just start using 農業者's fields. It's better for everyone if there's room for the people coming to the horse fair.'

Travellers have 伝統的に started to congregate around Kirkby Stephen ahead of the 古代の horse fair, using the high street to show and 貿易（する） horses
