U.S. 大統領 Joe Biden ordered the pier 事業／計画（する）, 推定する／予想するd to cost $320 million. The boatloads of 援助（する） will be deposited at a port 施設 built by the Israelis just 南西 of Gaza City and then 分配するd by 援助（する） groups.

U.S. 公式の／役人s said the 初期の 出荷／船積み totaled as much as 500 トンs of 援助（する）. The U.S. has closely 連係させた with イスラエル on how to 保護する the ships and 職員／兵員 working on the beach.

But there are still questions about the safety of 援助（する） 労働者s who 分配する the food, said Sonali Korde, assistant to the 行政官／管理者 of USAID's Bureau for 人道的な 援助, which is helping with 兵たん業務.

"There is a very insecure operating 環境," and 援助（する） groups are still struggling to get 通関手続き／一掃 for their planned movements in Gaza, Korde said.
