A police officer 護衛するd an expectant mother to hospital just minutes before she gave birth - then slapped her husband with a ticket for スピード違反.

'He said two things, "Good news, congratulations on your son, and bad news, I’ ll see you in 法廷，裁判所",' said Mr Coughlin, who 直面するs a 罰金 of up to $1,000 at a 審理，公聴会 in Manchester 地区 法廷，裁判所 next week.

The 州警察官，騎馬警官 then 護衛するd the Coughlins’ car the 残り／休憩（する） of the way, with lights flashing, after learning the nature of the 緊急 on his 無線で通信する. But he still decided to 令状 the ticket once they reached the hospital.
上級の officers on Tuesday 確認するd that the 無名の 州警察官，騎馬警官 was not 要求するd to 問題／発行する a 法廷，裁判所 召喚するs but said that he 正確に used his discretion to do so because Mr Coughlin was 運動ing 危険に.
'By his own 活動／戦闘s, he put himself, his wife, his unborn child and the モーターing public in a very dangerous 状況／情勢,' said Major Russell Conte of New Hampshire 明言する／公表する Police.
