フラン's first lady Carla Bruni has been （刑事）被告 of 介入するing to 妨げる the 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し of a 左翼 テロリスト 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of four 殺人s from Brazil to Italy.

Former model Bruni, 43, was （刑事）被告 by an Italian 犠牲者 support group of 本人自身で calling Brazilian ex-大統領，／社長 Luiz Lula and asking him not to send Cesare Battisti 支援する to 直面する 司法（官） in his native country.

She is said to have told Lula that it would be a 'personal favour' to her and today her 介入 has been 非難するd by Italian 政治家，政治屋s.

The （人命などを）奪う，主張する was made on Italian TV by Bruno Berardi, 大統領，／社長 of Domus Civitas, a support group for 犠牲者s of テロ行為 and the mafia who said he had been 本人自身で told by Bruni about the telephone call.

Berardi said she 確認するd the 詳細（に述べる）s during a 会合 in Paris, after it 現れるd that Bruni had also 介入するd in 妨げるing the 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し of another 左翼 テロリスト Marina Petrella from フラン to Italy three years ago.

'I have never told anyone about this but seeing as we have reached the point where we are now and all hope of （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡すing Battisti is lost I have decided to speak.'

Italy has been trying to （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡す テロリスト Battisti from Brazil for three years after he fled there from フラン.

He has been 罪人／有罪を宣告するd in his absence of carrying out four 殺人s with his 武装した 共産主義者 terror group in the Seventies and 宣告，判決d to life. He 否定するs playing a part in all the 殺人，大当りs.

Daniela Santanche, a member of Berlusconi's 右翼 連合 and who led a 抗議する outside the Brazilian 大使館 in Rome, said: 'If it is 確認するd that Carla Bruni 介入するd she should be ashamed of herself.'

Defence 大臣 Ignazio La Russa said:'If Carla Bruni did 介入する then I will have no hesitation in taking her to 仕事.'?

It is not the first time that Bruni is said to have 介入するd in the Battisti 事例／患者 - last year Brazilian 上院議員 Eduardo Suplicy also （人命などを）奪う，主張するd she had 介入するd but she appeared on Italian TV to 否定する it.

Bruni's 関与 in the Petrella 事例／患者, which was 確認するd at the time by French 公式の／役人s, surprised many in Italy given the fact her family had fled Italy in the 早期に 1970s over テロ行為 恐れるs.

In the 早期に 1970s the Bruni Tedeschi family fled their native Turin for フラン because they 恐れるd 存在 kidnapped by Red 旅団s テロリスト during the so called 'years of lead'.

'The wave of 暴力／激しさ that shook Italy during my 幼少／幼藍期 struck me 大いに and I have a very 正確な memory of it and I 非難する all forms of テロ行為.'

Battisti has 難民 status in Brazil but is 現在／一般に in 刑務所，拘置所 although he is 推定する／予想するd to be 解放する／自由なd すぐに but Italy is trying to 封鎖する his 解放（する） and take the 事例／患者 to the 国際刑事警察機構 法廷，裁判所 in The Hague.
