The ビデオ, which was published by KentOnline, shows a group of young people in Park Road, with one officer 押し進めるing a young person against a 塀で囲む after he is approached by the 青年 who shouts: 'What's your problem, fam?'
The police officer asks him: 'Why are you going around 押すing people? Stand still,' as he pins him to the 塀で囲む and begins 手錠ing him.
